We had a signed contract with Esser Builders II and because Albert doesn't like our review he keeps having it removed bc he is being called out on all his crap. He not only did NOT pull one permit, he had no idea what he was doing. His employees are not trained nor have knowledge about building, carpenter, plumbing, HVAC, etc. Our entire build that this company did is falling apart. We have had numerous problems including the plumbing (backed up and flooded our house) floors are coming up, grout is all falling off, doors are misaligned, electrical not installed properly and literally put an outlet by a fireplace, shady paint job ..which has cracked and peeled. Albert has ignored our request to resolve this issues.. its non stop issues. Albert has no intergrity nor does he stand behind his policy. His staff are thieves..they stole all of my electrical cords, my cordless vacum, and all of my cordless tools and batteries. They did not work one whole day. They would leave after working only a few hours or not come for weeks at a time. If you do your research you will see that there are numerous complaints about this company as well as violations with the State of Michigan. Returning customer! My husband and I needed a few repairs done to our home and once again, they didn't disappoint. We had kept in touch with them for a couple months, Al (the owner) knew the call would be coming and that I wanted my repairs done prior to Michigan's cold weather. Once again I was so happy with the service and quality of work. I am a perfectionist so it's important to me that even the smaller jobs are done extremely well. We ran into an issue at our business that was left from a previous contractor. I was used to working around it. Al was in our business, instantly saw a problem, complimented our space & told me we deserved better. He made a call on the spot and helped us with the problem immediately.
