He was very polite and listened to everything that we had to day about what we wanted. When he gave us the estimate, he said that he will have someone come out and measure to make sure that everything was going to fit as planned. The guy came out and measured said everything was good to go. He ordered the stuff the next morning and he called to set up for the installation. They came and did a beautiful job. I couldn't have asked for better. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone.

They made that happen and also built a wall within the second bedroom to create a bathroom with a walk-in shower with safety concerns in mind. They did all the plumbing, electrical and tile work in the bath that I had planned using ADA recommendations. They also raised the floor in the laundry room to make it level with the kitchen floor, thus removing accidents waiting to happen. My experience with the Improvement Company was pleasant, and the project outcome exceeded my expectations. The two highly skilled pros who worked in my home each day clearly knew what they were doing. About 5 years ago, this team built an entire fence in my backyard and side yard with vinyl fencing (much better than wood). Najera's crew did a great job painting my walls inside of my home. I had two bathrooms including…read morethe ceilings, and a laundry room painted. My only issues were the ceilings that were painted were not primed correctly or their was a discrepancy in choosing the correct primer and paint combo? I'm not sure but I recently had a bathroom remodel which included removing a wall from the bathroom which divides my shower and tub. The removal caused an unusual discoloration on the ceiling due to it being mudded/sanded/etc. Najera assured me that he could fix this with painting. The issue was not resolved with painting the ceiling so I feel that the additional costs for painting the ceiling should have been reimbursed or he should have repainted the uneven area. Similar issue with the guest bath, there's a bright white line outlining the perimeter of the wall and it shows up over the paint. So I will have to repaint both ceilings again. I expressed my concern prior to his crew leaving and nothing was done about it. I almost feel as if they were tired and did not want to "fix" the mistakes made that day. I also had them place some baseboards and one was cut too short against the wall. Instead of measuring and replacing a new one they left the uneven one against the wall and caulked the gap between the baseboard and tub. I provided my own paint and my bill was close to $1000 for two bathrooms and a laundry room that was the smallest of them all. I contacted him via text the next day and showed photos and told him I was disappointed in the ceilings. He said he could fix it. I said, "yes that it was I'd like free of charge". He never contacted me back. I expected me to pay him AGAIN for correcting his mistake. So I had to leave a review. I don't like half ass work. I would have respected if they would have returned the next day or on a later date to correct the mistakes for the price that I paid.

The roof repair/installation crew was prompt, attentive, efficient and worked great together as a team. Even their cleanup was amazing - 29 squares of shingles removed and installed and I only found 1 roofing nail after they left (down in an expansion joint in the driveway)! The interior repair/painting crew made all of the ceilings look absolutely new again - even the 2 with "popcorn" texture. Would I use LA Roofing again? Absolutely!
