My rug was damaged in the process but saved a lot of furniture by absorbing and creating a barrier to keep the water from getting further into my apartment. This occurred in February, I've been calling down the general manager for my building and the insurance claims specialist, whom never responded. I emailed. It's shameful that people have jobs but don't want to do them effectively. Especially when you're serving others and providing services that adhere to their shelter! I have receipts, I won't be chasing, I'll just go to small claims court. Any apartment rentals you see from this management company, keep scrolling. Save yourself the trouble. Terrible service, there are a few good employees in the office and maintenance workers who are helpful, but they are overworked too and don't have all the answers. She said I had 2 weeks to turn in the keys to get the security deposit back. Which I had no interest in. My mind was still trying to wrap around the idea that my grandma just passed away a few hours ago. This was a little over a year ago but it still hurts how cold they were. On top of that I wanted to keep her repast in the community room but couldn't because staff had the space decorated for a personal Halloween party. I was even more hurt and I shut down mentally. They treated my grandma like she never existed. This is a senior citizen building and I expected more compassion. I remember when my grandmother moved in there 19 years ago and said welp this is the last place I will be moving to and my heart dropped back then.

Management will send exterminators that spray some BS poison in your apartment, but the problem is that the roaches don't live in your apartment. These roaches are too big to hide in your apartment and not be seen. They crawl in though pipes,small cracks in the floor, from under the door, and through open windows. Riverton needs to find the source of the problem (basements) and fix it there.

If immediate corrective action is not taken and accountability is not established, this property is at risk of becoming officially doomed. Savoy Park deserves proper care, maintenance, and leadership, and residents deserve a safe and well-maintained environment. I strongly urge management to address these issues without further delay.

This is the worst place I have ever lived. This management staff is absolutely criminal. They…read morerefuse to do repairs. They leave tenants living in uninhabitable conditions. They then turn around and blame the tenants for issues that they've created. They neglected to repair my dishwasher and my sink in my kitchen for 18 months which resulted in Black moldy water inside the dishwasher that would not drain as well as a clogged sink that I could not get repaired. This led to creating flies and all sorts of other issues and they blame all of that on me when they're the ones responsible for fixing these things. When my toilet was broken for 3 months, halfway through I called and I asked the receptionist if I could use the laundry room bathroom, she told me that they're not required to provide me with a toilet. Shocked and in awe I said well what do I do do I defecate in the lobby. She told me she doesn't suggest that I do that then we hung up and then they called a SWAT team to my apartment saying that I threatened to commit a mass shooting. Since then they have consistently accused me of being a terrorist in court documents. They've attempted to try evicting me claiming that I threw a dishwasher out of my window. They claim that I throw wild sex party so that I have naked people running up and down the hallway which is absurd my apartment's not even big enough for something like that. They make false statements in court. They are absolute criminals deserving of prison. The horrendous nightmare that I have endured over the past 4 years at the hands of this management team is outstanding it's like nothing I have ever experienced before. And the worst part about it is is that management has changed people at least four times since this all began and when a new team comes in they are trained they are specifically trained about me as a person so that they can begin pushing forward the same exact propagandizing to dismantle my credibility and my life. The people who are now reporting these claims are people who will know we're even near this property when the alleged events took place. But they are simply based off of hearsay treating as if it is real. There have been conversations where I'm standing there talking to the person and then out of nowhere they literally start telling me that I'm being violent when I'm just having a conversation not in any way whatsoever showing violence. I'll say something to the effect of clearly you don't even know what violence is if you're calling this violence, then they say now that's you making friends. Nobody's making threats to these people they have a cognitive difficulty. Do not move here. To the people reviewing who say that all of the bad reviews are lies, you are full of it. People start out their reviews by saying oh I just recently moved here or I just moved here 3 weeks ago and this place is so wonderful. Yeah I bet it is but when that eight years passed I wonder what you were thinking by then. I wonder what you were thinking when your dishwasher broke or when you needed anything repaired and suddenly they're going to do it they make the appointment to do it and then they tell you oh well we can't do that anymore because whatever it is and here you can insert flooring during dishwashers refrigerators whatever it is how suddenly magically become discontinued and they no longer able to get it now they've got a back order it. Then when they back order it and they finally do get it someone takes it someone other person in maintenance comes along and takes a thing that was meant for you that you said at home for five days now waiting for them to install and they don't install it because it was giving away and that'll happen two or three times. Then finally maybe a year into it after you made your first request they'll finally do it.. They get court orders from a judge and a court that they initiated the proceeding they asked to go to court thinking that they're going to be able to evict somebody based off of lies and nonsense and then when they get a judgment that is not what they wanted they just completely ignore it as if it doesn't exist like they don't have to obey the law they think that they outrank the judge. The maintenance director here actually literally said to my face on camera knowing that he was being recorded that he supersedes the judge. It's absurd it's absolutely ridiculous.. Anyone who says living here is a good experience is either being paid by this company or has been here for 3 days.

I couldn't be happier or more satisfied with both companies. Ilona at Demolition was so helpful and patient with me. She went out of her way to help navigate what would or wouldn't work for my project. She she spent loads of time to find the perfect solution to my unique security problem. She was candid and had loads of amazing tips for the care and feeding of old wrought iron. This project would have stalled without her. The pictures show the iron door in the second stage.
