At 10:00 AM, still with no confirmation, I called the office again and we were given the driver's contact info. Roberto, the driver, initially said he had no record of our pickup. After another call to the office, we were assured Roberto would come and were promised a full refund for the delay. Roberto arrived at 10:45 AM -- an HOUR AND FIFTEEN MINUTES late -- and revealed he hadn't even been dispatched until 10:10. It was obvious the office had scrambled at the last minute to find someone, leaving us stressed and frustrated. Three days later, when I asked about the promised refund, the company said they would only credit 20%, directly contradicting their promise of a full refund. This company is not only unreliable, but also dishonest. BlackRide cannot be trusted. They failed on every level -- scheduling, communication, and integrity. Relying on this company is a gamble you will likely regret.
