The free weights section is small, but there is a turf area that has additional weights. There is a sauna, tanning, and massage beds as well. A cooler for preworkout, energy drinks, and water. There's also a cycling room! The bathrooms are usually kind of icky, but I do not use the shower there so can't speak to it. We like the convenience of having a 24hour gym access and the staff has usually been very friendly to us.

This is the epitome of a subscription scam. The classic "easy to join gym" but they make is…read moreastronomically difficult to cancel. It's unfortunate because it is a very nice gym, but the customer service just isn't there. They do not care about their customers. If you miss a payment, it goes immediately to collections (within a week). They don't email you an invoice upon any of your payments. The company themselves told me that have gone fully digital, so they have no staff or phone number to contact (which isn't true, they have a phone # listed online and you see staff in the gym). Allegedly, it is all online and you can only reach them through email. The gyms are clean, but the equipment is a bit limited (ie. one rower, one assault bike, no chest support row, etc). I would have recommended this gym if I hadn't had the experience with their customer service that I had. I don't think the gym is worth the potential experience you could have with management. Replying to their comment. My balance and fees were paid on time and in full; however, my bank placed a stop on their account because they deemed it a scam. My bank initiated a charge back causing the gym to lose the money I paid from the last 3 months, which they immediately sent to collections with no curtesy notification to myself.

Also I did not like that you couldn't workout and do your own thing while a class was going on. This is the first gym I have ever been to that has told me I couldn't do so. Overall my experience here was okay. I've experienced better gyms. I suggest trying other gyms before choosing CrossFit Ergon as your gym of choice.

When I arrived for open gym, coaches and other members welcomed me which added to the overall positive atmosphere. There was plenty of new equipment for each activity and the facilities were clean. Another plus, the box had a children's room so my kids could stay occupied while I worked out. I would love to drop in again if in the area and experience a class and the programming. I'll admit, I thought I would feel like I was on house arrest when I first put on the MyZone band but its such a great tool and helps ensure I am maximizing my workouts. - The smoothie bar is so convenient and the smoothies are incredible. - You won't find super ripped guys in short shorts peacock'n around taking mirror selfies (no judgement... if that's your thing... do you boo) - The bonus offering Prime doesn't advertise is how much the culture of this gym really lifts your spirits.
