When Edward picked up my packed the timeframe was 9AM - 11AM. I took the day off for this because I have to sign for it. Edward just said forget it and didn't deliver at all not even an attempt. Stop driving packages around all day and you aren't not capable of delivering. This happens way too often and FedEx just keep pushing back the SCHEDULED Delivery Date. Goofy. UPS won't bring your package early but at least they will never be late. This is sad. Could've had my item this morning if he had just left it alone.

They do a great job at simplifying the procedure so you can self-serve. If you just want something printed and you're paying via card, you don't need to even stop at the checkout! They can print you a receipt and email it to you. Color me impressed, but not so much with much else. Read on. The space is in a very congested area of Charlotte, and parking is not optimal. Also, comparing their print quality and prices to Post Net, they pale in both area.

I love that I can place my order online and pick up when ready. More than not, my printed items will be available before scheduled pick-up time. There was an incident once where I was supposed to get my items in color but they were printed in black and white. The guy apologized and fixed my error quickly and let me keep the black and white ones at no additional charge. So he did definitely go above and beyond to fix the error. They have quick turn around times for their printing services - which definitely helps if you are trying to do something last minute. I did try to find some brother toner here once that they didn't have so I had to go elsewhere but other than that - this is normally my go to spot if I need anything office related.

All she said was, "you have to submit it online..." All I had was a hard copy. If I had the means to do it at home I wouldn't be here at Staples. I already hated having to walk in there because the lady who is normally there has an attitude (and yes she was there this time and it was clear she taught her young apprentice her evil ways).
