One evening heading out to meet friends I ordered a car service because all others were not available. I met, India, a fantastic lady, owner and operator of the business. I shared my issues in parking at the airport and scheduled my next business trip with PCT. Since then, with very few exceptions, I've scheduled all trips to/from the airport with them. Each and every time, the vehicles are immaculate inside and out. If it's not the sedans, then it is the large black SUVS, LOVE THOSE, I feel like a celebrity inside of them. They have always been on time to get me; often a little bit early... I've never waited. I no longer travel each week for clients, instead flying for mixed business/personal reasons so I don't get to see India or Althea as often, yet I still enjoy seeing them when I do. I contacted Billy Reynolds on February 18 to reserve a stretch limousine for a 60th birthday celebration. We spoke, he shared photos of his black and white limousine, and I felt comfortable. I provided all necessary details, clearly stating that I only needed pickup and drop-off service. I also let Billy know I needed to confirm with my friend Shelly, who was helping plan the event, and then would follow back up with him. Before confirming with Shelly, I drove a distance on February 21 to the Reynolds Limousine location to see the vehicles, and although I wasn't impressed, we decided to move forward. On Monday, February 23rd, I spoke with Billy again and included Shelly in the call. I asked about the white stretch limousine since I didn't see it on the lot, and he explained it was in the garage. That answer was acceptable. He then asked us to text the pickup and drop-off addresses, email, and contact numbers, which we did. In the text exchange, he asked how long we would need the vehicle. I reiterated that it was only for pickup and drop-off. After that, nothing. No acknowledgment. No follow-up. Silence. On Wednesday, February 25th, I reached out again to ask if the contract had been sent. Still no response. No courtesy. No professionalism. At that point, I felt completely ignored. Concerned, I asked Shelly to contact him. Surprisingly, he responded to her within three minutes. In that exchange, he stated that he does not rent for less than three hours. That policy should have been communicated upfront. Transparency takes seconds. Instead, I was left without any response at all, which felt dismissive and disrespectful. I also reviewed the company's website and found no clear disclaimer about a three-hour minimum unless it is buried somewhere. If this is a firm policy, it should be clearly stated so customers can make informed decisions and not waste their time. Professionalism and respect matter. Clear communication builds trust. Unfortunately, the lack of response, inconsistent communication, and absence of accountability have left me extremely disappointed. I cannot recommend a service that treats potential customers as an afterthought.

Unfortunately, if you are used to using a car service in a big city (where there is any actual competition), you will be dismayed by the lack of professionalism provided by this company. I was sitting on the airplane with minutes to go before takeoff when I received a vm asking if it was ok that the company was not able to provide a car seat for my toddler. Seeing as car seats are required by law, clearly this could not possibly be ok. Once we landed, I called a number provided on our email reservation to find out how to meet our car. The dispatcher is nearly impossible to understand. I was told that plans had changed and a new driver was going to pick us up and that I should call the new driver. Mind you, this is all happening while we are at baggage claim after a 5 hour flight with 3 young children crawling all over us. Long story short, after standing outside at airport pick-up trying to juggle our many suitcases while making sure that our children did not run into traffic, I was told that yet a different driver was going to pick us up. After calling him, it became clear to me that he was not yet at the airport. We canceled the service and were in an Uber within minutes. Finally, we should have taken it as a sign when we arrived at the airport in a car provided by this company after the first leg of our journey to discover that one of our bags had not made it out of the car. A frantic call to the driver brought him back -- along with our bag. I have never before had an experience where the driver did not remove all of the baggage from his car. Well, lesson learned (finally). Never again.
