I was shocked and blown away that I'm trying to give business to a company but they are too busy for me, keep in mind I'm trying to plan a wedding which is extremely stressful. I gave Brenda a call back the next week (this is my 3rd time calling) Brenda answers the phone, I re-explained the address and pick up and drop offs so I can receive a quote, Brenda tells me that they're in a middle of an audit this week they will call me next week, two weeks go by and no call. I call Brenda for the 4th time now and she takes all the info AGAIN from me pick up address and drop off. Then tells me she will call me back with a quote, I then laughed out of frustration and told Brenda that I'm tired of hearing you tell me you will call me back with a quote when you have no intentions of calling me back at all, she told me "we're much too busy and if you don't like how we handle business then GO SOMEWHERE ELSE" she then says she will call me the first of the week on Monday better yet she says I'll call you for sure in Tuesday, Tuesday comes and goes no call. I call Wednesday morning and no answer, I call again later on and Brenda answers telling me she hasn't had time to work up a quote. This place is a joke and I would never rely on them ever to pick my party up and I highly recommend the same to anyone thinking of giving them your business.

I followed up via email to arrange all the details for Sunway to provide our wedding transportation. I then requested a contract. No response. I followed my emailed request with a phone call. Brenda informed me it was "their busiest time of year" and she would "get a contract next week." A month passed. Three more email attempts were left unanswered. On the second phone call (6 weeks after initial request for a contract), Brenda reiterated it was "their busiest time of year" and I wouldn't want to have her "stop business for a wedding that is two months away." A week later, no contract. I wrote a final email. Finally, I received a response (that probably took 4x as long to write as it would be to fill in blanks on a contract template) in which she stated she's not "just dealing with a few weddings and proms" and she was "not going to let a group in May suffer because you want a contract for July." I went with another company. I suggest Sunway removes "wedding transportation" from their repertoire of services.

I contacted Billy Reynolds on February 18 to reserve a stretch limousine for a 60th birthday celebration. We spoke, he shared photos of his black and white limousine, and I felt comfortable. I provided all necessary details, clearly stating that I only needed pickup and drop-off service. I also let Billy know I needed to confirm with my friend Shelly, who was helping plan the event, and then would follow back up with him. Before confirming with Shelly, I drove a distance on February 21 to the Reynolds Limousine location to see the vehicles, and although I wasn't impressed, we decided to move forward. On Monday, February 23rd, I spoke with Billy again and included Shelly in the call. I asked about the white stretch limousine since I didn't see it on the lot, and he explained it was in the garage. That answer was acceptable. He then asked us to text the pickup and drop-off addresses, email, and contact numbers, which we did. In the text exchange, he asked how long we would need the vehicle. I reiterated that it was only for pickup and drop-off. After that, nothing. No acknowledgment. No follow-up. Silence. On Wednesday, February 25th, I reached out again to ask if the contract had been sent. Still no response. No courtesy. No professionalism. At that point, I felt completely ignored. Concerned, I asked Shelly to contact him. Surprisingly, he responded to her within three minutes. In that exchange, he stated that he does not rent for less than three hours. That policy should have been communicated upfront. Transparency takes seconds. Instead, I was left without any response at all, which felt dismissive and disrespectful. I also reviewed the company's website and found no clear disclaimer about a three-hour minimum unless it is buried somewhere. If this is a firm policy, it should be clearly stated so customers can make informed decisions and not waste their time. Professionalism and respect matter. Clear communication builds trust. Unfortunately, the lack of response, inconsistent communication, and absence of accountability have left me extremely disappointed. I cannot recommend a service that treats potential customers as an afterthought.

We were sent the considerably lower quality transit bus instead of the party bus we ordered. Driver was also late for our pickup time. When our group reached out to this company for a fix to this situation, we were offered the opposite of customer service. Thank goodness we know how to cheer up a bride and not let such errors ruin her night. We will not be using this company again mainly because they have done nothing to right this wrong.

We booked one of Vic's charters for our wedding to pick up guests from the hotel in Northlake to…read morethe venue and later that night bring guests back from the venue to the hotel. He was supposed to have a bus at the hotel at 4PM and leaving for the Venue at 430PM and the bus never showed up. With the wedding being at 530 and it already being 445 when some guests from the hotel called me and asked where the bus was I called VIC multiple times on the "emergency line" which he did not answer and 5-10 minutes later he finally called me back. He tried to at first tell me he didn't have anything booked until he found it on his calendar and told us that he did and that he had never done this before. I proceeded to ask him what we could do about it where he told me not much he was in South Carolina and had to find a driver. This left us scrambling for uber's along with another shuttle from the hotel in which we had to pay for in order to get the guests to the venue. The wedding went on after a slight delay and scrambling to get everyone there but as anyone can agree this is not something you want to deal with last second day of the wedding. I then told him to have a bus there for pickup. The bus arrived and the driver was very good but I can't say the same for Vic on that day or following days. After refunding us 300$ and agreeing to refund the other 200$ and saying he doesn't care anymore we are still waiting for the 200$ refund for the down payment at least two weeks later. He will no longer answer the phone which has made it a major pain to deal with. I will be filing a BBB complaint soon if no response due to showing no respect and not returning calls or doing as he told us he would. It was a mistake and they happen but when agreeing to refund money it is something that you respectfully live up to when you give your word.
