Their work is further increased by UPS dropping off tons of Amazon packages at the Post Office rather than delivering them to the physical addresses themselves. Despite this increase in work, the same dedicated staff continues to serve with a smile. I don't know how they do it. Five stars once again, and I wish the customers would provide the appreciation the staff deserves.

I used this company last night for a move (a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment into another 2 bedroom…read more2 bathroom apartment), and I feel it's important to warn the community by sharing my experience. First, they (Devon Yager and his colleague) arrived late and in a 10ft uhaul, telling me their truck broke down, that they'll have to make several trips, but told me not to worry because they would give me a discount, knowing the extra trips would take extra time. I absolutely understood and was very patient. However, what should have taken only about 3 hours, took almost 7. They were supposed to arrive at 5, and be gone by 8. They were in my home until after midnight. The apartments were only half mile apart and it was only a 10ft truck, yet they were gone at least an hour every time they went back for more. They broke several items, and lost vital parts to other items, leaving me to have to replace said items. They disassembled several pieces of furniture for the move. I had to put several pieces back together on my own. When they put my bed back together, it was incredibly wobbly and clearly unstable. When I asked them to fix it, they said it's fine (I am a woman by myself, maybe they would have been more reasonable if a man had asked). When I asked again, they said they don't have the right bit for it. When I insisted again, because it was never wobbly before they took it apart, Devon hugged and puffed and loudly said nasty things about me in the backroom thinking I couldn't hear him, but eventually got it back to where it once was (I guess they finally found the right drill bit?) The colleague complained many times about my dog being there, my dog sitter was only scheduled until 9pm, stayed until 1030pm, but by that time, they still had not brought over his kennel, though I asked several times already. I had to ask Devon 4 separate times if they'd gotten the boxes out of all the closets, and was told yes by Devon Yager every time, yet I never saw boxes come off the truck. Finally, at 11pm he goes back to check and finally finds them and spends another hour unloading boxes. Taking the time to complain about how late it was and how far of a drive they have to get back home. They did not take any care as to where they put the boxes and left absolutely no walkway or path to get through. They just made stacks upon stacks wherever they stood, creating a major obstruction for myself and my animals in the middle of the night, not even considering how massive a safety hazard they created had something happened before I got a chance to move them (which, of course, I had to do at 1am). As they were leaving, well past midnight, after being there almost 7 hours, Devon Yager quoted a price to me and told me he was doing me a favor by not charging the extra hours. When I brought up the above mentioned issues and asked about the discount he promised, he became confrontational (mind you, I'm a woman alone with these 2 men I do not know), when I told him I'd settle it with management in the morning when it's not the middle of the night, he told me he is the manager and began to verbally assault me as I stood alone in my new apartment, and called me a piece of sh!t as he stormed out so loudly that my new neighbors came to check on me at almost 1am on the first day I lived here. When I went to my old apartment today, I found many things that weren't brought over and even quite a bit of their trash that they left behind for me to clean up. This company is phenomenally unprofessional. They made me feel incredibly unsafe in my own home. I hope that everyone reading this takes this as a warning as to not allow this company to treat you the way they treated me.

It was reassuring that they were able to shred the documents while I was there. It was a fast process! I will definitely be returning to Green Girl when I have additional shredding needs. The person who worked there was so friendly. Green Girl will also accept 1 bag of already shredded paper per day at no cost. This is a great service because our city no longer accepts already shredded paper in recycling bins. Shredding and recycling services are also available for personal and commercial pickups. Recycling for electronics and hard to recycle items is available. The City of Longmont offers free paper shredding events that take place once a month at Green Girl Recycling. You need to be a Longmont resident. You can bring 3 file size boxes.

My daughters and I are able to travel the world!…read more After several scheduled appointments at the Longmont location, I was disappointed and worried about getting our documents in time for our trip out of the country come March 2022. But after one attempt we finally got an appointment at the Lyons Post Office and about 7 weeks later we got our passports! I highly recommend and most of it is required but have ALL your paperwork ready when you make your appointment. Birth certificates for all along with with a picture ID and a completed passport application is a must. I have full custody of my 2 daughters so I had to provide a court order copy. Otherwise both biological parents have to be present and sign for minor children. The Lyons Post Office was clean and no busy at all. They also offer the passport photo taking so no need to worry about that! For 3 passports, it was less than $400!

The move was across town. 15 minutes later we arrived at the new place and they got to work moving me into a 2BR apartment on an elevator-served 3rd floor. It only took 1-1/2 hours to unload everything (1hr less than estimated), including unpacking my clothes into the closet and putting all the big pieces exactly where I want them. After I informed the movers of the first damage, to the bureau, I overheard one of the movers mocking what had happened, saying that on his suicide note it would read that he damaged a bureau. This morning, I discovered the entire front part of my electric piano leg was ripped off. All of the damages (of the ones I have found so far, as we moved just under a week ago) were completely avoidable and are reflective of the lack of care and respect for us and our things.
