I drove 45 minutes to come there and was very disappointed. They did not contact me back they did not do anything finally after I told them I would post to reviews. They asked me to send them pictures, which I did I sent them a bunch of pictures and they were able to see how my face looked because before I walked into that office I took a picture of my face. The second I walked in there close-up sides, everything so they were able to compare two weeks later they said to me just come back up. We'll see what else we can do. I asked them. I'm driving 45 minutes. I'm not gonna pay for anything. That's a definite. They couldn't say anything for sure basically they were saying to me I was gonna be charged to do more stuff that wasn't gonna happen. I couldn't have been any more disappointed. I threw the money out the window pretty much because they wouldn't help me at all I kept texting them on the number that I sent the pictures to. I called. Nobody would call me back not a manager not anybody would call me back. They didn't care but the minute I started posting reviews all of a sudden now they seem to comment and care, but if I never posted any of these reviews or told the truth about what happened, I'd never hear back from them. They couldn't care less they would take my money that would be it so my opinion is this is not a great spa because I felt that they had horrible customer service. They didn't even try to rectify it. They didn't even try to make me feel better nothing and they wouldn't even refund my money when I asked them to please just issue the refund and I would just go elsewhere and get it. It's done. There was no notification made to customers. There is also no note on the door indicating who to contact for reimbursement. I compliant has been filed with the BBB and the Attorney General's Office. I will be making contact with the business owner requesting reimbursement. The owner should not be able to open another business and this is a criminal act.

When I get to the check out counter (back in the claustrophobic room), when I initially went to pay, the charge was $70... Maxine came out, spoke to the lady behind the cash register quickly before she grabbed her next client, and the cashier informed me that deep tissue was an additional $10 more. I already thought it was a little too expensive, but hey, I NEEDED that massage. I had no problem paying the additional money - I could tell that even though the error made wasn't my fault, she still wanted her extra $10 bucks... I'm assuming she's the owner. Overall, Maxine gave an amazing, relaxing massage; she was polite & professional. The towels, blankets & sheets were all clean and smelled fresh. This "day spa" is a little too cramped for me to ever consider getting a manicure or pedicure here, honestly. And I'm sure their other services are overpriced, just as the massages are. I don't think I'll return unless I'm desperate need of a massage, like I was the day I went. It wasn't a very "zen" or relaxing atmosphere.

She has an easy site to self book or you can text her. I have never been one to buy products from a saloon but I have really come to appreciate the line she uses, Blissoma, and so I keep myself stocked with her serums. They both are amazingly compassionate, intelligent and skilled practitioners and are ridiculously informative about making a plan and getting their patients feeling the best they can. Leanne has been my go-to girl for the majority of the time. She defines what a healer is. She is loaded with love and compassion and truly wants her patients to feel better by the time they leave. I live with severe pain and that can be very difficult not just physically but emotionally. Undoubtedlyif you were trying to choose whether or not to go to them you should know that you are truly safe in their hands. My hip pain was gone in one session, and the headaches never returned. At my second visit I had an acute back injury (I did too many squats!) and had massive pain in my lower back and muscle spasms. Only thing is the massages and facials are very basic unless you pay to upgrade them. So for the $60 I pay per month for the membership program, I get either one massage or facial. If you want to upgrade to have the hot stones with your massage it's an extra fee. Sometimes they offer that I use 2 months worth of credit to get the upgrade for the stone massage or better facial. So needless to say it's a bit pricey. I continue to go with a friend because it's our time together once a month and the location fits.

The masseuse was not friendly and made some weird, borderline rude comments during the session. The front desk has the personality of an amoeba. And all the therapists walk around looking like they hate life. Honestly this is the saddest, most miserable massage parlor I've ever seen. I definitely won't be going back.
