2:30 PM appointment. They text me and tell me they have a cancellation can I come at 2 PM. They text me again and tell me they have another cancellation can I come at 1:30, no problem. I arrive at 1:30 and they make me wait 30 minutes, so I just walk out. Why in the world would you treat people this way to accommodate your time schedule, and have no consideration whatsoever for the other person! Inexcusable! I went there for the first time ever to get some Botox on my crows feet around my eyes. The specialist convinced me to get additional light touches on forehead and other places on my face (which I didn't think I needed). I said sure, when she said "trust me." She was giving me a "deal" financially. Well, my eyes have collapsed into droopy eyes, one side is lower than the other. My forehead is completely frozen. My eyes are hooded, twitching and it's causing me daily headaches from the pressure on my eyes. I feel awful, I look awful, and even my friends noticed. I went back for them to try and fix it. More injections, and I still look the same 3 weeks later. This was a horrible experience. I cannot wait to look normal again. I'm depressed and wasted money. Worst thing- I did this to myself. It is always a great experience when I have a treatment at Laser Skin and Wellness. The staff is a pleasure as soon as you walk in the door. No matter what treatment you decide to have or have questions about the process, the staff explains everything every step of the way to make you feel very comfortable. My very first visit I had Dysport with Pam Ross, as always the first experience is overwhelming, but she made me feel so comfortable in my decision and the results were amazing. After that I was hooked ! I have had the pleasure of having micoblading with Jackie. I have very blonde hair and sparse eyebrows and she took her time to make sure the end results were perfect ! My recent experience was with Stacy where I had Jeuveau, also known as #NEWTOX, and fillers in my cheeks. She sat down with me and answered all my questions prior to the procedure and made me feel so comfortable in my decision. I am so happy with all my end results and would not have my treatments done anywhere else ! I have also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Karen Lederman, who is amazing ! She is so accommodating and always has great deals going on since these could be some expensive procedures. I was on antibiotics for bronchitis & when I made an offhanded reference, she wouldn't let me get treatment because the medication would have affected the way the laser worked. I actually went to their Palm Beach Gardens office, but no one is reviewing that yet, so I am adding my review here too. Just to be clear, I have not visited this office location, but considering that the owner is the same and the staff sometimes work at both offices, I believe everything I experienced will be equally good here. Went for laser hair removal. Everyone working there, from first phone consult, to reception, to technician, even owner to whom I was introduced, was warm and friendly. They took plenty of time to explain everything. No one tried to feed me the usual nonsense about how it was going to be totally permanent or painless. They made sure I knew the truth about how many sessions it would take, what results to expect, and that depending on my sensitivity that it could be anywhere from painless to very uncomfortable. They explained everything they do to minimize the discomfort and get the best results. It was extremely professional, the place is immaculate, and in the end was way less painful than I expected it to be. I went to Laser Skin & Wellness for laser hair removal for my underarms, legs and bikini area. Nikki was my tech and she is amazing. Overall, I went 6 times and the hair in these areas has been reduced by about 90%. Nikki made me feel so comfortable and relaxed, even while doing my entire bikini area. We chatted during the sessions which really helps take your mind off the laser! Very professional office as well which is clean and comfortable. The price was fair compared with some other quotes Ive seen. During my first consultation, Nikki talked me through the options and helped me decide on what was best. They never put on a hard sales pitch though. I couldn't recommend this office enough. After the summer, I plan on going back for additional areas of hair removal. read more

What a great place. They are very knowledgeable and after only coming in once knew me by my first name. I got laser hair removal from Nicki who made sure my experience was as painless as possible. I was very disappointed in the overall treatment with the lake worth facility. I called for directions and the woman on the phone was very rude. Finally , when I arrived no patients waiting in the lobby, and the front desk personnel seemed very disgruntled and I was turned off to wanting to ever go there for any appointments and when I asked about treatments, the personnel seemed to be having a bad day and brushed off my questions saying it would take a very, very long time to see results.
