I booked a facial wrinkle treatment online. Although I was a new client at your clinic, I have been receiving facial aesthetic treatments for nearly five years and have previously used products like Botox and Xeomin. However, when I arrived, the practitioner performing the injections seemed very unprofessional. First, despite being a new client, I had clearly stated my treatment history; yet, when discussing the plan, she recommended Dysport instead of the Botox I had originally booked. She asked if I was comfortable with a total cost exceeding $700--which was fine by me. I also wanted a touch-up on my cheeks (where I had received Juvéderm injections a year prior). After treating my forehead, she declared the session over. When I asked about my cheeks, she asked in surprise, "You want to do your cheeks too?" I was shocked, as I had mentioned needing treatment for both my forehead and cheeks from the start. I kept asking for her recommendations, expecting a professional to proactively suggest a plan and advise me on what was needed. Instead, she claimed I had only booked a 15-minute session for forehead wrinkles and suggested I come back the next day. When I said I couldn't return the following day, she reluctantly agreed to inject Restylane into my cheeks. Throughout the process, she repeatedly questioned my ability to pay--asking things like "Is this price okay?" and "Do you know how much this costs?"--rather than offering professional advice on the areas of my face that needed attention. This made me feel very uncomfortable. She rushed through the procedure, and after I paid over $1,300 and left, no follow-up appointment was scheduled. I suspect this happened because my attire made me look "low-class," leading her to worry that I couldn't afford the treatment. She offered no advice or assessment based on my face's actual needs; she simply performed my requests mechanically without ever mentioning follow-up care. My other review seems to have been erased I went to your med spa over a month ago, I went in to get RESTALYN L when I went to see the injector she told me to use something totally different that it would be better that it would help with all the lines that I was so concerned about I did it not wanting to reluctantly and now two weeks past so I called the office to tell them I'm not happy to tell them this is not what I came in for that. I drove 45 minutes to come there and was very disappointed. They did not contact me back they did not do anything finally after I told them I would post to reviews. They asked me to send them pictures, which I did I sent them a bunch of pictures and they were able to see how my face looked because before I walked into that office I took a picture of my face. The second I walked in there close-up sides, everything so they were able to compare two weeks later they said to me just come back up. We'll see what else we can do. I asked them. I'm driving 45 minutes. I'm not gonna pay for anything. That's a definite. They couldn't say anything for sure basically they were saying to me I was gonna be charged to do more stuff that wasn't gonna happen. I couldn't have been any more disappointed. I threw the money out the window pretty much because they wouldn't help me at all I kept texting them on the number that I sent the pictures to. I called. Nobody would call me back not a manager not anybody would call me back. They didn't care but the minute I started posting reviews all of a sudden now they seem to comment and care, but if I never posted any of these reviews or told the truth about what happened, I'd never hear back from them. They couldn't care less they would take my money that would be it so my opinion is this is not a great spa because I felt that they had horrible customer service. They didn't even try to rectify it. They didn't even try to make me feel better nothing and they wouldn't even refund my money when I asked them to please just issue the refund and I would just go elsewhere and get it. It's done. horrible absolutely horrible i went 2 weeks ago to get restalane lift it was my first time there when i went in and saw the injector, i explained to her that i've had that done before plenty of times and she explained to me there was something else that would be better for the fine line that really works and it was really good so i tried it. i didn't want that but i tried it. it's it absolutely nothing. it was absolutely useless two weeks later i sent them photos after i called them mind you i took photos of my face as i entered the place so they had the same photos i did and i sent them to ask the photos to show that nothing was done. it was about 9 am when i sent everything i heard back from nobody i kept messaging them and calling and still nothing. i kept getting the old will reach out to you shortly. it wasn't until after i posted my first review on their site that i received the call nothing was done they couldn't kill us about their customers my opinion they didn't wanna make it right at all. they only wanted to sell me other products. i contacted the better business bureau and i contacted consumer affairs and filed complaints and reports so angry and so mad. i had to contact my credit card company and dispute it since i did not get what i paid for. it's called buyers insurance, super disappointed and have this company was well there's so many spas out there. i'll never be going there again today for a consultation. i another place. they couldn't believe what happened to me and they couldn't believe how inconsiderate they were not to make it right. they're going to do the proper injections in my face that i want the lyft and they tell me if i wasn't satisfied come back two weeks and they'll add some more and they'll make sure i'm satisfied if anybody's interested i'm more than happy to give them the name of the place and the injector so they can go because nobody should be treated the way it was and nobody should have to deal with going there trusting them and then you get injections that you didn't want to begin with. it wasn't what you went there for and then they don't even try to make it right a lot of people post to reviews five star reviews. most of them are friends or employees. my opinion for when people have something go wrong and when they post to reviews, that's what you have to read and look at over two weeks and they didn't even do anything to make this right nothing absolutely nothing so i advise everybody. there's other places that are really good if you don't want to throw your money away, don't go there. I went here with a groupon and I have to say they were very friendly. They helped you get comfortable and always with a smile! To me that is so important - they explained everything and there was no pressure to come back! I did make an appt for June so I will see in two weeks how the results come out!! Of course, they told me if I am not happy I should call them and they would make it right! It was very clean as well and that is key for me as well. I have been getting Dysport for years at another medspa, but I saw the Groupon and decided to try this place. I originally gave this place a 3-star review on Groupon because they tried to get me to spend an additional $600 on top of what I already paid for the Groupon. The staff was friendly, but I found the PA to be condescending and judgmental when I didn't agree to all of her suggestions. The PA strongly suggested that I get triple the amount of Dysport that I usually get from the other spa. I told her that my area of concern which was above my eyebrows. She insisted that she do quite a bit in the middle of my forehead or I would get a hooded look so I agreed to double the amount. I have never had that issue before in all the years I've used Dysport. Now it's been a week and my area of concern does not look any better. However, I got the exact effect that she was warning me against, which is hooded eyes. Upon waking up today, it looked like my eyes were almost shut. My forehead is hard and lumpy and I have a headache that I can't shake. I am going out of town next week to visit family and friends and I look horrible. I wish I had trusted my better judgment and not let her talk me into more Dysport than I needed. I've been to ProMD a few times and have always had a great experience. I did my first mirconeedeling treatment there and I was a bit nervous going into it but Melissa put me right at ease. She fully explained everything and answered all of my questions. The redness faded in less than 24 hours and it left my skin looking fresh. Got Botox early October about three weeks prior to a big trip. It was my first time and I was so excited. By the time I left I had one wonky eyebrow and developed what looks like wrinkle horns on both sides of my forehead. The eyebrow is better but the "horns" are still there. I look and feel awful. Ashley did my injections and helped me price it out so I would get the best amount of Dysport for the best price. In the past, I always had problems ending up with one eyebrow higher than the other but not this time. I explained the eyebrow situation to Ashley, and she did a terrific job. I discovered ProMD Health while scrolling through Groupon one day. After reading a ton of their fabulous reviews on Yelp, Groupon, and Google , I decided to buy the Groupon for 40 units of Botox and give them a try myself. From the moment I walked in, I could tell I was going to be in great hands. The two ladies at the front desk were very kind and helpful. They got me checked in right away and offered me water. After waiting only a few minutes in the reception area, I was called back into a room and an assistant went over why I was there and addressed my specific needs. She answered my questions, cleaned the areas on my face where the injector Ashley was going to be working and exited the room. Moments later, Ashley came and quickly recapped what the previous assistant went over with me so there was no misunderstandings. Ashley was awesome and very down to earth. ProMD in Wellington is very clean. Lexy the receptionist and Kaitlin the Aesthetician were at the front desk. They were very welcoming and super friendly. Bryan the Medical Assistant was great. I found a facial I never knew I needed. I tried out a hydra facial with Melissa at the Wellington location and holy cow! She was so knowledgeable and talked to me about what skin care I am using and what would be beneficial to add once my other items run out and what to discontinue when it's done. She doesn't believe in waste which I loved! She showed me all the junk she got out of my face... yuck!! My face has never felt more soft or looked more bright after a facial before. Melissa also suggested derma-planing to help smooth my face, which I'm excited to try at my next hydra facial. I also plan on getting a Botox consult with Ashley.
