After about 4 days of calling and messaging them on multiple social media accounts they did finally respond. IT took 4 days to respond after they took my money! 2.They do not have a number to reach which is not okay, just because what if they needed to be contacted for things such as location, parking, or lateness due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances. 3. Also even though it is lip injections they do not advertise enough that it is hyaluronic filler. On they're instagram page under the bio it just says HA pen. it is a small font and not everyone will know what HA means.This is needleless fillers and will take multiple sessions to see results. This is NOT JUVEDERM. AGAIN NOT JUVEDERM filler. 4.HYALURONIC fillers DO TAKE MULTIPLE SESSIONS to show results please remember this. it is. important. She definitely knew her information about hyaluronic filler and answered questions I had upon arrival. She also asked periodically if i was experiencing any pain during the injection to make sure I was okay. The studio was clean and organized. The whole esthetic of the med spa was beautiful. I thank them for they're service and the discount they did give me. OVERALL: Since I drove all the way from san diego (2 hours drive). Whether or not this will be worth to other people I will let them decide but to me personally, I do not feel like it is worth the money or the drive.
