Update: 3.5 stars. A Couple of things they need to work on: 1.Customer Service did finally reach out after me posting my bad reviews. After about 4 days of calling and messaging them on multiple social media accounts they did finally respond. IT took 4 days to respond after they took my money! 2.They do not have a number to reach which is not okay, just because what if they needed to be contacted for things such as location, parking, or lateness due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances. 3. Also even though it is lip injections they do not advertise enough that it is hyaluronic filler. On they're instagram page under the bio it just says HA pen. it is a small font and not everyone will know what HA means.This is needleless fillers and will take multiple sessions to see results. This is NOT JUVEDERM. AGAIN NOT JUVEDERM filler. 4.HYALURONIC fillers DO TAKE MULTIPLE SESSIONS to show results please remember this. it is. important. I STAND CORRECTED this is NOT A SCAM BUT building up volume will take MULTIPLE SESSIONS. PRO'S: The injector was super nice and polite. She was wonderful and had excellent customer service. She definitely knew her information about hyaluronic filler and answered questions I had upon arrival. She also asked periodically if i was experiencing any pain during the injection to make sure I was okay. The studio was clean and organized. The whole esthetic of the med spa was beautiful. I thank them for they're service and the discount they did give me. OVERALL: Since I drove all the way from san diego (2 hours drive). Whether or not this will be worth to other people I will let them decide but to me personally, I do not feel like it is worth the money or the drive. She charged me $300 and said she was using needleless method and will deposit filler through pressure to my lips, after she was done I told her I dont see any difference, she said " you will see after couple days" she asked only cash or zelle, I unfortunately paid because I was not familiar with needleless filler and I trusted her ! she has another place in Los Alamitos (orange county) and also in Beverly hills that she's working now. She is advertising on her instagram page which is " timelessesthetics " As you see in my before and after pictures there is no change , the after picture is for a few hours after teatment ! I found their business through an Instagram ad (@timelessacademyca) They were running a special for 1 syringe of filler. I asked a few questions to ensure I get an injector I saw on their page because I liked their results then sent over my deposit. Shortly after, I sent my friend their page and she informed that that they use a Hylarun pen and not an actual needle to inject filler in the lips. I then double and triple checked their instagram page and website which stated nothing about using needle-less techniques or hyaluron pen. Less than 12 hours after sending my $75 deposit, I asked for a refund because they purposely withheld information to make it seem like you are getting a particular service when you're not. Hyaluron pens are not FDA approved, nor are they precise and safe. They canceled my appointment without confirming if I wanted to keep my eyebrow appointment and kept my deposit. I'm doing a deep dive of this business for my case and they have such shady business practices. They have different variations of names for the business and moved locations so much but the reviews aren't lying and if you check BBB, you can find more there. read more

I have been waiting for a refund for 15 weeks now. I had seen a promotion for 50% off lip filler to those who are willing to be "models" for the service. I inquired. I was given a set of instructions on how to bring the cost down while financing the service. Long story short I was still charged the full amount with financing.
