I reached out to other studios and they told me that the wrong rod was used on my eye and I would need to get this relaxed. When I brought that up to Glenda, she told me this is normal (once again) and that this is just how my eyelashes react to this process, but that she could try to make it even. My eyelashes became even more curled and uncomfortable. On top of this, she left the room a number of times while I had the perming solution on my eyes. This made me uncomfortable because I had never had these products on my face and did not know how I would react. I thought this was a normal process, but I have gotten my lashes lifted twice since this service, and each time it has been significantly more comfortable and the results have been better, for over half the price. Additionally, my artist has never left the room, and ensures I am comfortable the entire time.

I reached out to her via Yelp to inquire about her service & her price points. I included my phone number & email at the bottom of my message to her. A few hours later I get a text from her, introducing herself & gave me her price for a full set of lash extensions & price of fills. We continued to text throughout the day & she was able to fit me in the following week in the morning! She is so sweet & personable. She made me feel so comfortable. The last time I had lash extensions put in was quite painful and I had told her that I was nervous about it. She said it shouldn't hurt at all! And indeed it didn't hurt! I felt ZERO pain. I've heard of people getting their lashes done by a professional & still feeling pain. Christy does it right! I didn't feel stinging or anything. The process went by so fast, she's so much fun to talk to. After we finished she explained lash care & that I'd see a few fall out & it's completely normal. And truly it is. I've had a few fall out & I can't even tell. Man I cannot say enough great things about Christy! GO TO HER.

I had a pedi while waiting for my daughter. This was by far the very best experience I have ever had at a salon (aside of McMenamins Ruby's Spa). Kevin is a perfectionist, be prepared to spend some extra time in the chair if you want a design. My pedi experience was awesome! The massage chair was great, and the complimentary mimosa was such a sweet surprise. Lovely, soft music in the background with a YouTube video of rolling hills, zero chatter (yay!!), massage chair and wine. This was such a chill experience. My daughter showed off her nails to friends/family and they immediately asked where she got them done because they want to see Kevin also. He's going to have a very busy Summer! We so appreciated their hospitality, environment setting and talents. My only regret is not tipping them as much as they deserved. Next time!!! We paid $145 for one mani and one pedi. You'd think because I arrived late to my appointment - and her last appointment of the day - that mine would be cut early, maybe. But no, far from it, Kim stayed to address ALL of the areas of concern I have about my skin for 2 hours- from areas of my face, areas with scars, other areas with acne... she knew how to care for every place I needed some cleaning and guidance. I even got my eyebrows done while we were at it. She is careful and detail oriented in absolutely everything she does. She does not rush, but wants to give you the best care and products your skin could use. My facial with Kim was far different from any other personal care or healthcare appointment I've ever had - she made me so comfortable while I was getting some work done, especially such a personal type as skin care. My imperfect skin makes me feel vulnerable, but Kim made me feel not only accepted, and not at all judged but truly pampered and cared for. It felt like I was just being cared for by a 2nd mom. I have recommended all my my family and friends see her, I would love to see a day where Kim could do this full-time, not just part-time. I have naturally dark and manicured brows, but they definitely have some thinning as I age. I also have scar tissue that makes a few hairs misbehave. Lamination makes them behave. I also did have cavitation twice, but decided it's not for me. Oddly, it is relaxing. It just didn't do anything and saw no point in continuing to do it. Go get you some pretty brows and lashes!

My first appointment with my stylist was rushed, because she was in the middle of "changing salons" and I bought it. I made my next appointment immediately, and showed up to her new salon today. I was on time. My appointment was at 11, I sadly was a little behind and got there at 10:58, she greeted me and told me she was just finishing up with her previous client. By 11:15 I was seeing a pattern. I told myself if she still hasn't spoken to me by 11:30 I would just leave. Yes, I could have tried to get a new appointment. But, why? She obviously either doesn't value my time (at all) or she is woefully in over her head and the best thing I can do is remove myself. I didn't create her back log, but I did alleviate it. It is woefully unprofessional, deeply inconsiderate, and a terrible way to treat anyone. I cannot see myself returning and putting myself in the position where I wait 30 minutes for an appointment I made 6 weeks ago and get ZERO customer service. It's not a great look. It makes me even madder that she's blaming the girl saying she was late...guess who should pay the burden on that? Not your next client Michele.
