After about 20 minutes of talking to the person at the desk, the one I originally made the appointment with walked in and said she had forgotten (no apologies or anything, just acted like it was no big deal). Had to then wait another 10-15 minutes to get in. Then they proceed to tell me that I can only get a 30 minute massage instead of the 1 hour I originally booked because they don't have enough time now (even though I had been there in time for an hour long) . They made me pay before going into the room and expected me to give a good tip before knowing how the massage would be. The lady that was doing my massage gets me to undress and lay on the table, then proceeds to say she forgot something and goes out of the room leaving the door wide open with other people walking in the hallway. She then comes back in and does the massage. She doesn't use her hands and just uses her forearms pushing them up and down. I tried asking to only do my back, but she wouldn't listen and spent more than half the time on my legs and arms even though I kept repeating myself and asking her to stop and just focus on my back as that was my whole reason for going there. I came out feeling far worse than I did going in, kind of glad that I didn't have to spend an entire hour there after all.
