Trying to use one ladder to both climb to the second story and then lift it up to use on the second story damaging my gutters because they were too lazy to get out their other ladders. Offered to let them use mine and they refused. The brother of the owner was supposed to supervise the job. He has low standards and left wet paint in huge globs running down the wall multiple times forcing me to go out myself and fix it. Didn't caulk correctly, didn't prep correctly. Missed areas of paint. Asked for a different crew and was refused because they booked another job. Had to let them go and pay people off the street to finish and paint myself at the same cost. They left me with a damaged house, poor workmanship and half the house unpainted. I would not recommend at all. If they cared, they would have gotten a crew in with higher standards to finish the job but they didn't, and instead booked a job with another customer. At the end of the season so forced to hire laborers to fix this work and have the rest of the house painted. Hire someone with higher standards as it's not this company.

They provided us with a fair bid for the work that was needing to be done and was able to work around our schedules and needs as they completed the project. The whole house was done in a week and they didn't disturb our living arrangments more than would be expected when having your whole house painted. At the completion of the project they left our house very clean and were very attentive to detail. The day I came home to a clean and fully painted house was AMAZING!!! We have since recieved several compliments on how good the paint looks! We had several people suggest that we complete the project ourselves and after seeing the outcome agree that hiring Joe and his brother was a smart move because it looks so professional! We also removed two hooks following the painting and Joe was so kind as to respond to our request to have him patch the wall and did so very quickly! Both of them were very informative and thorough with explaining the process, products, and (step by step) updates with our project. Their setup (plastic dome), preparation, and clean up were remarkable. It takes talent to make a plastic fort like that- and contain all that dust/fumes. They do not use painters tape. I had paid them 800.00 to stain my windows and they also took almost 2 weeks to finish. They would come promptly at 8am but leave everyday at 10:30 and than come back 30-45 min later than only stay until 1-2pm. I gave them over 1000.00 dollars and 2 jobs. I than asked them to give me a bid to paint my kitchen cupboards out of curiosity and wanting to give them the benefit of the doubt and they gave me a bid of $4,000.00!! I can get new cabinets installed for that price! They up charge their paint and Stephanie is not a professional painter btw. They have a long way to go to learn how to be more professional.
