We thought that sounded great and bought the security system. It took 2% off but never took the 20% he promised. My husband passed recently and so since funds are very tight I wanted to have the security system taken out... i called and they said "Oh no we can't, you have a three year contract." It's 40 days since it happened and all I have received is lip service. Lots of empty promises that my money will be deposited into my account "soon". They have insurance for these types of things!!!! Why do I have to be treated like this?!?! I have a mortgage through them, credit cards and accounts for many years but I can see they they do not care about their customers. They don't return emails or calls and want to pretend that I'm not out here suffering. This bank is worthless!! Do not bank with them. Take your hard earned money elsewhere.
