We like the customer service and the friendliness of the nurses and staff all around. They do a great job of keeping the kids at ease whether sick or just wary of what is happening. Another big plus is the after-hours nurse line. Not only do they call back fairly quickly, you get a caring, helpful voice on the other end of the line that helps you sort out what to do until the office or pharmacy opens in the morning.
