Stonework has large gaps that must be filled and covering to hydraulic pump was never placed as agreed upon. The cover is a warped piece of plywood .Landscaping was never put in and downspouts were never done. The owner has ignored all of our calls and texts. We have asked for a refund but he ignores our pleas. THE OWNER, MATT DOES SUBPAR WORK, DOESN'T FINISH THE JOB, AND WILL NOT OFFER A REFUND.
