    RH Outlet Chandler - Outside

    RH Outlet Chandler

A happy surprise to find the RH Outlet store in Chandler. I was greeted by staff in a friendly…read moremanner. One lovely woman behind the desk, Mandy S., came around to show me pieces I was in the market for. She was genuine in her efforts to assist me. There was a wide variety of solid, good pieces; dining sets, chairs, bar stools, headboards, side tables, framed modern art, mirrors, and lots more. As an outlet, it's hit or miss. It's not going to be perfect like a show room, but the items are presented in an orderly fashion in a clean environment. I found some beautiful pieces at 80% off regular price. I definitely plan to return, as inventory changes weekly. Great deals can be found. I recommend them.

The RH Outlet in Chandler, AZ is hard to justify. The overall experience feels bleak, the service…read moreis underwhelming, and the pricing often does not reflect any meaningful outlet value. On my visit yesterday, April 15, 2026, I compared several floor pieces against current member sale pricing at the main RH store, and the differences were surprisingly small. For example, a Queen Padua Shelter Bed in Brown Oak was priced at $2,350 in the outlet. The same bed in the mainline RH store was priced at $2,615 for members. That difference is so small that once you factor in the cost of hiring movers to pick it up, transport it, and assemble it in your home, the outlet purchase makes little sense. By contrast, the main store provides delivery and setup, even when purchasing multiple items, for one reasonable flat fee. And that is before considering the much bigger issue: service after the sale. With the mainline RH store, you have time to live with the furniture, and if something is wrong, RH can come out, repair it, replace it, or accept a return. The outlet offers none of that. A few more examples from the floor: A 48" Wide Oslo Cylinder Console Table in Aged Brown Oak was $1,195 at the outlet versus $1,345 at the main store member price. A 36" Wide Enzo Console Table in Blonde Walnut was $645 at the outlet versus $719 at the main store member price. In my view, saving only a small amount in exchange for no delivery, no setup, no meaningful recourse, limited selection, and the added risk of outlet-condition damage offers no real value at all.

Over the last few years prices are at or above new prices and the store itself- STINKS! I literally had to hold my nose while trying to walk through the last two times. They do not provide value and the store smells like a kennel that has never been cleaned! Long time customer saying goodbye! If I'm going to pay new item price- I'll get a new item!

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and demand compensation for the mishandling of a quality custom-made bench that I consigned at My Sister's Attic. The bench was dropped off with a verbal agreement to price it at $650. Unfortunately, due to the negligence of the previous manager, who failed to properly price the piece before his departure, and the subsequent incorrect pricing by the new manager, the bench was sold for a mere $100. This pricing is not only well below the agreed-upon amount but also a blatant disregard for the value of the item and the trust placed in your store by consignors. While I understand that the contract states the store reserves the right to change prices at its discretion, this situation is a clear oversight. The bench was forgotten and priced simply to "get rid of it," as stated by the current manager. This is unacceptable and a slap in the face to a participating consignor. Additionally, the agreement was to sell the item within a two-month timeframe, with the bench being received in-store on March 13, 2025, per the contract. However, it wasn't placed on the floor until a month later, halfway through this timeframe, further diminishing the opportunity for a fair sale. It did sell right after being placed on the floor, further showcasing that the piece had merit as inventory in the store. Had I not visited the store on the day I did to inquire about it and noticed the sold sign without a price tag, I would have never received any compensation for my item. I demand that My Sister's Attic honor the original agreement set by the previous manager. It is evident that none of the items in your store are priced as egregiously low as $100, not even a nightstand. I am still waiting response from corporate. The new store manager, originally gave me an adequate solution but said corporate is refusing to honor it.

I spent two days trying to get it running before taking it back to the store. Even the Lowe's employees couldn't get it to start, yet I was told I couldn't return or exchange it because I was outside their 48-hour return policy. If your own employees can't get a brand-new product to work, refusing to exchange it is terrible customer service. **Second:** We purchased a washer and dryer and specifically requested that they be stacked during installation. When the delivery team arrived, they installed them side by side because stacking wasn't on the delivery paperwork. The request never made it from the salesperson to the installers, leaving us to deal with the mistake. **Third:** On the Fourth of July, we purchased a refrigerator. Before we bought it, the salesperson confirmed it was in stock, and we scheduled delivery for Thursday, July 9. The day before delivery, I received an email saying the refrigerator was unavailable and that I would either have to cancel, request a refund, or wait until they had more in stock. Then, the morning of the scheduled delivery, I received another message confirming it was being delivered. Naturally, I was confused, so I called customer service. I was then told the refrigerator would **not** be delivered because they had sold out and the model was no longer being manufactured. My only options were to wait until the end of August for another one or cancel my order. I've already been without a refrigerator for a week, so waiting another month wasn't realistic. They searched for a replacement, but the only comparable models were about **$500 more** than the one I had purchased. At no point did anyone offer to honor the original price or provide any reasonable solution, even though this situation was entirely caused by Lowe's. To make matters worse, after canceling the order, I was told it would take **3-10 business days** for my refund to appear in my bank account. So not only am I still without a refrigerator, but my money is tied up as well. These experiences show a pattern of poor communication, poor inventory management, and a lack of accountability. Mistakes happen, but it's how a company responds that matters. Unfortunately, Lowe's repeatedly failed to make things right, and I can't recommend shopping here.
