The only problem I had with them was they told me they would send someone out the following week to clean up the yard. That never happened. I was left with deep ruts where they ran the backhoe. I also had several deep low spots and random high spots where they didn't fill the trench back in after replacing the water line. They also left several large roots laying around that they had dug up. I've been trying to clean up the mess myself so I can reseed, but that's not easy when you are a little old lady like me. Overall, I would recommend them for most jobs since they did a good job repairing the problem and did not overcharge for the work. Just don't expect a lot of follow-up once the job is done.

After weeks of dodging me the owner proceeds to tell me he's not returning unless I pay him another $3200 cash despite having a blance of $1700. These people don't have principle and care more about profit then their own reputation. It's been 7 weeks since Mar19th they were out here last and am just now hearing this after weeks of trying to get them to come back out that they wont return unless I pay more than the agreed upon price. One of their employees almost knocked my head clean off while running the mini ex. They forgot to plumb in a sink. Smoking weed on the job which my wife and 10 year old son witnessed. My wife also got them on recording sitting around smoking and when they heard me come down the dirt road they'd be back to work acting like they were working the whole time when I went into town to get them parts.

Devin came out, did not check out the machine, just took a picture of the bar code, said it was the drain pump. Said it would be $204.00, would order part, come back out when he received it. Didn't hear anything from him. I called, left text several times. Finally got a call back and once again it took him about a week to come back out. Installed, took my $204.00 that he said I owed and left without checking to see if it was the issue. When I did a rinse cycle, it still didn't drain, I was able to get ahold of him and he came back. Said the pump he installed was faulty. Took it off, said he would return this pump and get a new one. Once again had to wait another week. Had to call, text to get him to call back. Said he would be out in about a week! Of course something came up and I had to leave. I tried calling, couldn't get ahold of him, so I text and told him I would be gone for a short time if he showed up. He did, rang the doorbell then left. Of course called me when he left. So, I had to call, text several times to get him. Once again, he put me off 2 weeks! He didn't seem the least bit concerned my washer had been down for 3 weeks waiting on him. At this point I was done with him not calling back, putting me off so I tried to get my money back. He said I signed a "no return" agreement which I never saw. This experience involved: Poor communication Missed and vague appointments Misdiagnosis A repair that did not fix the problem Refusal to issue a refund.
