TW photo review: This was my second piercing at Eternal Tiger and while my septum piercing from Shyann has healed nicely, Chuck unfortunately pierced my industrial super deep to compensate for my anatomy rather than let me know it wouldn't work even after I expressed concern. The photos show the piercing after about a week of trying to heal, and my ear once the jewelry was taken out showing my skin had tried healing around the jewelry. I'm just disappointed because Chuck had a few opportunities to adjust the piercing type or deny my walk-in, but the shop was really busy and unfortunately I feel like this was a cash grab. Shyann was awesome and I'd recommend, but I'd be cautious of piercings that require anatomy knowledge with Chuck. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. First off, all of the staff are high out of their minds. The person who was working on me had bloodshot eyes and was slow to respond. Second, I received a belly button piercing there and while it didn't hurt, it was placed in crooked and is not aligned properly. I told them it's crooked and the person said it's not, it just looks that way from my angle. Everyone who's seen it has said it was not pierced straight. Also got infected soon after even though I followed all cleaning directions. I also paid to get my ears pierced there previously and the jewelry broke off within 5 days. read more

Don't come here for any extreme piercings!! I got my tongue pierced here a while ago even though my tongue is short but I got it checked by another piercer and they mentioned it came out crooked. Now it really bothers me because of how slanted it is. You guys need to train your piercers more because too many people have been disappointed. Piercings are NOT cheap. I will say the staff is friendly though and the place itself looks nice. read more

Alisha was great! The shop looks really cool, love the pool table and couches. You're able to get in quickly whether as a walk-in or by appointment. I went and got my 2nd lobes done in November 2023 and they were healing fine decided to go back in Jan 2024 to get helix and 3rd lobes in both ears. I chose the earrings that I wanted making sure to stay within budget(piercing price includes some jewelry )so I chose all 4 the same. Piercing went smooth and everything was fine unfortunately I wish Chuck or the girl at the front desk would have given their professional advice on choosing butterfly backs to pierce with. Overall everything was fine the only thing was I wish they had suggested better material or at the very least suggest flat backs. If you want to get pierced here please do your research about initial jewelry and proper downsizing since unfortunately this was not an option for me. read more

These guys are awesome. Had my dad's military ribbons tattooed on my forearm, tons of colors, lots of fine detail, and it looks AMAZING. Need to go back for a touch up of color, but I could not be more pleased. It's one of 16 tattoos I have and it is the one more asked about and commented on. I got a tattoo and multiple piercings from this place. Tattoos I recommend, though expensive, but good quality. Piercings on the other hand.... I got many of mine done by chuck. DO NOT GO TO HIM. All of my piercings done by him are either crooked,misplaced, or did not heal well. My vertical labret was pierced TWICE. The first time was crooked and according to him it takes 1-2 months to heal. After one month I took it out to clean the piercing and closed up after just 30 minutes. I had to wait a month for it to heal and get it repierced. The second time comes around and he pierced it too close to the inner part of my lip on the top part of the piercing. Because of that, I got scar tissue and it doesn't feel comfortable. Before he pierced, I explained what happened as to why I got it pierced again and he asked if I got it pierced at Eternal. I said yes and he didn't even offer a discount for the poor healing instructions. I just took it out again,after having it for 6 months, because I want to get it pierced one last time and it still has scar tissue. But DEFINITELY never going there for a piercing again. Also when he pierced my septum he was high, very unprofessional. read more

Id put 0 stars if I could, WORST PLACE EVER DO NOT GO!!!!!!!! I went in for snake bites and it seemed okay at first until he pierced me completely crooked, I didn't say anything but I did have to come back a few days later because the left one was so crooked it was scraping my teeth and cutting my gums , I go in and explain they pierced me wrong and immediately the guy who did it goes "I'm the one who did it I didn't do it wrong" off the bat, just shooting what I'm saying down when my mouth is the one literally BLEEDING, I tell him I want hoops instead of a stud because it's just not going to heal with how it was pierced with a stud and after telling me "it won't change anything but he'll do it" he practically man handles my face and I say how it hurts and he completely belittles me and tells me I'm exaggerating and how no wonder I think he pierced it wrong because my pain tolerance is so low??? I literally went home and there was blood all over my face??? I honestly wish I took pictures because it was so horrendous I can't believe I let some pathetic man talk to me like that and get away with it, I went over and got my piercings fixed at black lace in and they where perfect! Even said how they get people walking in regularly that went to eternal tiger and they have to fix what they did often. So again, DONT GO HERE!!!!! read more

got my septum pierced, took a while to heal but they are supposed to heal within a couple months. saw another piercer only for her to tell me, it's in the wrong spot. 1/4 of an inch lower than the actual septum. no wonder it hurt so much lol. also jewelry is low quality and easy to mess with the wound. read more
