It was refreshing that I WAS NOT greeted by a sleazy salesman, Keith's immediate friendliness and willingness to answer my questions (even though I wasn't shopping in that moment) won me over. I brought my husband back with me after dinner. We were treated with professionalism, kindness and like we were humans, (not like commission checks). It still worked fine but was getting a tad creaky when adjusting. This new base is super quiet. I love it!!! My salesperson was helpful, knowledgeable and the more important point is he wasn't pushy at all. The 2 delivery gentleman were great as well. They set everything up, and hauled my old base and mattress out. When I asked how they disposed of them, the company donates these items to Habitat for Humanity!! That's when you know you found the right one! I purchased one of their top of the line mattresses and the adjustable base. I was in the process of building a new home and we were not ready for it to be delivered yet. A couple of months later when we scheduled for a delivery, they sold our mattress!!! And they were discontinuing the mattress line so we had to go through the daunting process all over again! Our sales person was nice and helpful and he did his best to accommodate the price difference but my husband and I were pretty P.O'd because it cost us MORE! We had the mattress delivered and after a week of migraines and sinus issues, we contributed it to the mattress. It had a bad off gassing. It took a minute to realize it was the bed because like I mentioned we were in a new construction so we weren't 100% sure. When we went back to the store, we told our sales person and he knew exactly the smell and the horrible off gassing the mattress gives off. We whined up returning it because it was too much to deal with. Also, apparently mattress sizes varies and we were told our King size mattress 'can' go up to 80". Our mattress measured at 76" and that makes a difference for my husband who is over 6' tall. We definitely did not have a great experience at this store and the mattresses they offer. We ended up going with CozyPure Mattress. Made right here Norfolk, VA and it's all organic materials!!

At 11am the day prior to delivery, I received a call informing me that my furniture was delayed for a week. The lady could give no explanation as to why. After going through hoops to get a manager, I was told I could get the furniture in 4 days and $100 taken off. What?! That is supposed to reconcile the situation? I think not! Luckily I was able to make arrangements for other furniture, but imagine how inconvenient it could be for someone who had already gotten rid of their living room furniture and had to be without it for a week?! Unacceptable. Will never do business with them again.
