The staff is friendly and super professional, and the chairs are comfortable... and if you're like me, you can connect to wifi and get some work done while you get your IV. Ended up leaving at noon as the nurse said I was next in line for the IV after the women who were there although the women before me were scheduled for an appointment at 11am yet still did not get in. The ladies were waiting for an hour with a scheduled appointment. What is point of setting an appointment if you cannot honor the time slots you are confirming. I understand you're busy but do not schedule the appointments so close if you cannot accommodate the people, you're setting times for. Your time is just as valuable as everyone else's. Who wants to wait an hour for an appointment the business set. This is a popular location but maybe a little too busy for their own good as the amount of people clearly cannot be managed correctly by the staff or facility equipment.
