It has been well over a year since my first review of Hydrate IV Bar and it's time for an update... I've now been more than a handfull of times and have experienced multiple IVs and even some injections. I've always walked away feeling better than when I walked in. The staff is friendly and super professional, and the chairs are comfortable... and if you're like me, you can connect to wifi and get some work done while you get your IV. You can also close your eyes and snooze if you prefer! I like this place so much that I recently became a member so I do plan to go at least once a month moving forward... Drip date, anyone? Absolutely love going to Hydrate! Like many others, last year I developed a B12 deficiency. After some research I found that your body absorbs the shot a lot better than vitamins by mouth. So, I started at Hydrate, and it's been amazing! I felt the brain fog lift overnight, and always feel more energy after the shot. It's a super tiny needle, quick, and the nurses are amazing. The place has a lot of nice natural sunlight so it's not like going into most medical facilities that aren't well lit it doesn't have that feeling. I tried the anti aging vitamin drip. I wanted to love this but it did absolutely nothing for me. I tried the Meyer cocktail and l I noticed was strong vitamin smell in my pee 1 hr later. It was expensive and did nothing to make me feel better so I won't be back. Maybe you have to go a lot to feel the benefits but all I got that lingered was a bruise from the IV. read more

Since having COVID last year, I've felt really blah for months now. After taking tests for COVID/strep/flu (all negative) I knew I needed to do something heading into a weekend with two toddlers while my husband was out of town. Went here for my first ever IV spa experience with my mom and her friend. I have hypothyroidism so afterwards it gave me a terrible headache however after some research i realized that this is because i need to ask them to use a slower drip on me. Also did a lot of extensive research on how this has helped people with hypothyroidism and hashimotos immensely. I have signed up for their membership 99$ a month and 30 percent off for ur friends and family. Went to Hydrate IV Bar for a Katie Cocktail. Was greeted in the lobby by a friendly receptionist and immediately introduced to my RN, Shannon. Shannon was super friendly and knowledgeable. She walked me through the forms to complete and the process and made sure I was comfortable throughout my treatment. The treatment itself went smoothly and I felt an amazing boost of "feel good" for about a week after. Highly recommend for athletes, partiers, or anyone looking for a quick pick-me-up.
