I put in a request and I had to call me 25 mins after the request and apparently the request goes to a supervisor who has to approve the Unlock. But I don't approve my money missing every month. But still then no one called me to confirm they were on their way. So this has been and hour by now. I make another request for roadside assistance they tell me that my vehicle will have to be towed. For what to unlock my car because my keys were inside?? What? I called Roadside Assistance at 10:43 pm they showed up at 12:51 am!!! I will be definitely looking for other insurance

They told me 3 months ago that they would be getting quotes for a policy to replace the one not renewing. But that they would start working on it 1 month before the expiration date. They then send me an email 1 month ago saying that they were working on getting quotes. Now 3 days before the old policy expires, I have not heard from them. I have left voice messages and emails. It is impossible to get a live person on the phone with them and they are not responding to voice mail or email. I did not pursue other options because you told me they were working on it.
