Completely delighted by this co-working space. Located on the 14th floor, there are panoramic views of Los Angeles and on a clear day you can see both the Hollywood sign and the Griffith Observatory. Pricing depends on several different factors (ie if you get an office suite or plan to just come in as a member) and I find it to be really great value for the space and services provided. There are private restrooms (the women's even has bidets, be still my heart!) and a lactation room available along with meeting rooms also bookable with credits. Great energy from the other tenants and super friendly and helpful office management from Natalia who does a great job taking care of all of us and keeping us informed! Parking underground in the Equitable Building parking with monthly available (and convenient if you want to go to K-Town or H-Mart on evenings or weekends!). read more

We had two office spaces at Ethos for about 6 months. Love how convenient everything was. Coffee, printing, communal areas, shipping/mailing packages, and the people were great. Natalia, the community manager, is amazing and keeps everything stocked and clean. She was honestly the best part!! Parking is about $150 monthly. I've been trying out coworking spaces around the L.A. area, including DTLA. As a digital nomad, Ethos Society was a very comfortable place to work in a great location. You never have to worry about where to get some food or coffee, as everything is conveniently located within walking distance. I sat by the huge window, which looked over Wilshire Boulevard. The internet wasn't stable in the beginning, but it got steady after an hour. Overall, I had a productive day. read more

I'm a day pass user, and I highly recommend this spot! Ethos Society is VERY spacious, and has different seating options if you're like me and need to move around a lot during the day. There are phone booths, and the staff is super kind. You'll have a phenomenal view of the city, and for lunch/coffee, there's no shortage of good options nearby. I remember touring and seeing the "mothers room" and thinking .."ha, I won't be needing that , but nice" fast forward, it is such a considerate and necessary room to have as we boss mamas get back to work balancing motherhood and creating. My son loves it and I do too. amazing amenities for all to enjoy and the community is great for networking as well. LOVE THIS SPACE. It just opened but from all the co-working spaces I've been to, it is by far the most beautiful and comfortable space I've worked in. It's on the 14th floor so the view is incredible. They have a mother's room, shower room, and photo studio room for creatives. Besides the aesthetics, the vibe there is really chill and perfect to work in. The people are really warm, nice, and the staff is amazing. Amy and Julie makes everyone feel welcome and always on top of things to help out whenever I need help. The founders Abe, Charles, and Kevin are all welcoming, caring, and personable. They hold a happy hour every Thursday and it's a great time to mix and mingle with other entrepreneurs. I've made some great relationships and learned a lot from others via HH. They also hold a lot of events in the evenings and on the weekends. I went back and forth about offices, and I'm truly glad to say that it is totally worth getting an office here. I'm so much more productive, efficient, and happier. Huge thumbs up and highly recommend!!!! read more

I moved from Wework in late 2019. What a blessing. As we grew, I invested in more offices and a month later, everything shut down. Charles, the owner was accommodating to us and decided to gift us rent until we got back to our feet. Now, we are back in the office and things are coming back to normality. The WiFi is fast. The printers work, the views are amazing, the local restaurants are yummy and the space is beautiful. Building and parking are a nightmare to navigate for a first time visitor but once you make it up to Ethos, you forget your frustration. Stunning views and light airy place. Felt like I was in a coworking heaven, high in the clouds. Would be nice if the place had snacks. They have bidets! Parking in building was $20! Don't go to the depths of the lot. Just park and give your keys to the attendant. Carefully look at the elevator panel outside of the elevator and get on the right elevator! Don't use the stairwell bc it doesn't open to every floor. My friend found free street parking a few blocks away. It's possible! Lots of restaurants around here. Try the Korean chicken and pizza place. read more

Came to Ethos several times for meetings and events. The space is beautiful and they have great meeting amenities. The meeting rooms are wired properly and there are erasable walls. There is cold brew and beer on tap, which could be fun. The parking garage and lobby are a little dated, but parking is $18 max a day so no complaints. read more

We toured this calm shared work space yesterday. A friendly person showed us around. The space is fresh and new and evokes a creative and focused mindset. The stellar views on all sides add a sense of tranquility and motivational excitement, all at the same time. There are periodic socials and food, beer, wine events. Monthly dues are affordable. In a nutshell, you could rent a biz space here for you and several staff for less than 1k a month, use AWS as your tech platform, insource all your coding needs, and be the next big thing! Our 4 person design team has been working here for 5 months and we are all continually impressed by the kindness, support, and friendliness provided by the owners Abe, Charles, and Kevin, with the nicest, coolest society managers - Amy and Julie. LA Metro accessible w/ personal lockers, a clean shower facility, a mother's baby room, massage chairs and tons of open space - This space takes up the entire floor so views can be seen in all directions - cold brew along w/ beer on tap for members. I haven't tried Ethos's hot brew yet but from what I'm told members will be able to access as well. Working out of such an environment will lessen the distractions from the outside world - also members will be allowed 24/7 access - I look fwd to personally joining along with seeing if some of my other friends would want to join in the near future as well. read more

It's conveniently located near the Metro Purple line exit off Normandie in the Equitable building on the 14th floor.
