I highly recommend upgrading slightly to the "relax" pedicure to get the hot stone massage. The staff is not pushy about upselling - they literally hand you a menu and ask you to pick. The massage chairs are nice too. One of my favorite things is the range of polish choices - they use DnD brand for both gel and regular and it's high quality. My pedicures easily last 6 weeks. I've also had gel manicures here and they were very well done. I also tried dip powder once on recommendation from the nail tech but wasn't a fan of the removal process (seemed harder on my nails than gel polish). They do get busy at certain times of the day (lunch, late afternoon/early evening) so I recommend calling ahead and getting a loose "appointment" to make sure they have time for you.

She always lets me know if she is running behind, on time, or ahead so I can plan my arrival accordingly. She's very difficult to get into, because she is talented. However, before I even had a chance to call or explain, the manager messaged me and called me "heartless" for not reaching out. That response felt extremely unprofessional and unnecessary.
