First time in. Pics looked good. They slayed my nails. I wanted sharp, square, dip-powder, that's thin, and the color is bubble bath. I have short natural nails. I don't remember the name of the girl who did them, but she gave me owner vibes. Girl next to me was getting very cute nails too! So I think the proof of their work is absolutely shown in the photos online. I paid $50 for single color dip powder and it was very worth it. Probably the best dip powder I've ever had. And there's no imperfections in the powder, no bubbles, very even coat on my nails. read more

This place is like wine and gets better with time. I visited them when they first opened in 2018, and I am still going in 2026. They're now my only nail salon of choice. I usually work with Adrian, who is fast, professional, and funny. I always get great nails when I go there, and sometimes I take a leap of faith and let Adrian recommend something and he never steers me wrong. As long as I live in Phoenix, this will be my stop. read more

Update: The owner, Nikki, reached out promptly to discuss this matter & did her part to make it right. I'd now be open to exploring other nail techs at her salon! I came here monthly for hard gel and pedicures with Trish and always tipped well for over 9 months. But about a month and a half ago, I switched from hard gel to regular gel, and the customer service completely changed. Suddenly, every "appointment" with Trish turned into her passing me off to someone else -- and my nails started chipping or peeling same day. After 2 extremely bad appointments, I decided to give them one last chance. I told Trish I didn't want to be pawned off again, and wanted her to do my nails. This specific appointment, I was looking for her recommendation to strengthen my nails. She suggested dip -- but as she began the dip process, I noticed the color looked off from the color I picked at the beginning of my appointment. When I pointed it out, she immediately says that it was not the color I picked out, and then acted annoyed when I said she needed to use the color I picked out originally. To "fix" it, she slapped one thin layer over the dip, and this is how my $72 nails looked just four days later. Burn me once, shame on you. Burn me twice, shame on me! I'm officially done with this salon and recommend anyone who is considering to go here to NOT. Inflation is inflating!!! - don't waste your hard earned money on a salon this negligent and careless. read more

I live next door to this place and have been going here out of convenience. After so many bad experiences today I walked out of my appointment that they were late to on 6/13/26. I am tired of the AWFUL attitude of the owner and her employees that she treats like trash that then treat clients like trash. I will never be back and I hope your business fails for poor customer service and having the worst of attitudes. Thanks for wasting my time today - DO NOT GO TO THIS CRAPHOLE. read more

I really wanted to like this place because they are close to home but they just don't hit the mark. I've been twice for a pedicure that was mediocre at best. The tech was very nice but the quality of work is terrible. I usually get the top tier pedicure to make sure I cover all of the bases. Both times I've left with my heels as crusty as when I came in. I'm a cosmetologist and a cosmetology instructor and I know when someone is juts "going through the motions" That's the vibe I get each time from this tech. It sucks to pay so much and leave a good tip and have to go home and work on your own feet. Not good and even though I gave them another chance ... I won't be trying them a 3rd time read more

Nails are fine. But every time you make an appointment you will wait at least 20 minutes. They overbook every single day and tell you they are understaffed. I have waited 30-40 minutes before. They're close and convenient but they shouldn't overbook every day. read more

This was my first time at midtown only because they were close to my job and were opened late. I called around noon to see if they could see me for a full set and a pedicure and they happily accepted and scheduled an appointment for me same day. When I arrived, I was helped by Cindy. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she exceeded my expectations. My nails came out beautifully. I would go back again to see her. She made a suggestion to put chrome on my nails that would have otherwise been nude and it makes my nails look 1000% better than the inspo pic. I love my nails and am constantly getting compliments on them. I would recommend Cindy for long full set nails! read more

I've been coming here for almost 2 years and have never had an issue but was so disappointed today. I got a full acrylic set two days ago and ended up not liking the shape of two of them as they looked different than my other hand. It seemed like it would be an easy file fix but that didn't solve the problem and when I asked to get the two redone I was given the run around and not helped. I always make an appointment and it's 20+ minute wait past the appointment time every single time if it's a weekend. I go to a couple nail salons but come enough it's happened to me 10+ times here. All an appointment means is you have an appointment to wait. If it weren't for the proximity to my home and they do a nice job, I wouldn't come back any more. I also don't like how their lotions smell on the skin about an hour after services. And they need to replace the waiting area chairs because they make an embarrassing noise when everyone sits down initially. read more

Honestly I haven't gone to a nail salon in so long because I always have the worst experiences. however today I decided to try this salon out. For starters Autumn up at the front was so sweet and attentive. there was no language barrier which is always a plus. The salon itself is so cute and well kept. The massage chairs work really well honestly shocked. I do like coming here to get my nails done. They get me right away, however I recommend calling before-hand to get an appointment instead of waiting. I like how they take care of my nails and do what I request for. The prices are reasonable and the service is fine. I enjoy coming here because the place is always clean, spacious, and classy. I have always loved this nail salon and drove out of the way just to go here. Unfortunately, I recently came in and asked for a full set. I don't do gel because I like to change the color of my nails myself. I was told that a full set was $60 whether you do gel or not. I thought That she was just trying to convince me to do gel, so I went with it and let her do gel since she was insisting on using a gel color that was similar to the one I had selected. Imagine my surprise when I get to the checkout table, and see a list of prices $40 for full set no gel and $60 with gel. I had to pay more for something I didn't want because I was lied to. I walked in with total trainwreckery on my head, with what I thought was an impossible ask for Lydia. I really wanted her to magically turn my "sea hag" faded teal and green bedraggled lower back natural curls with 5" of grey roots (that I couldnt keep up) with silver, and bring back my bouncy curls. Not an easy ask, because I didnt want heavy bleach due to perimenopusal hair dryness, and had a veeery limited budget to play with. I even had a backup plan, because I was SO SURE a Silver that could grow into my natural color just would not be an option. Lydia took one look at me and had a plan. I dont think either of us were sure it would work, but she's brilliant and has 18+ years experience and a foundation in color theory, so we took a chance that dying my green hair hot pink would take me to a silvery tone. It worked! The woman pulled off a miracle on my head! I adore my lush silvery locks, with a bit of an oilslick tone of faded denim blues and violets that shimmer in the sun. My hair is so much healthier, and I can literally pull off a silk sleep bonnet, spritz with rosemart water, add a bit of hair oil and shake my curls into place. And amazingly enough, she managed under budget! If youre looking for a stylist/colorist/curly hair specialist you really cannot go wrong with Lydia! am LOVING my locks, again! Thank you, Lydia!!! Miracle worker!! First photo is me styled to within an inch of my life... hair looks gorgeous, but its a rarity! Second is my daily 2 minute 'do... So, so thrilled with both options.Lydia rocks! She slayed the Sea Hag!

I found this place through Yelp search and am super glad I did!…read more I'm very happy with my brow wax/tint and Tara was a sweetheart. The space is cute, clean, and relaxing. Additionally I live out of state and am visiting family in the area so I won't be using their services regularly but Tara took notes on how I liked my brows done so when I come back in the future it'll be done to my preference! I booked a Brow Magic appointment with Tara, and overall I was happy with the service and my brows. My only disappointment was the timing. My appointment was scheduled for 3:45, and I arrived about 10 minutes early. Since there isn't a receptionist, I checked myself in and waited. Around 3:47, Tara popped her head out and let me know she'd need about 7 more minutes, which was completely understandable. However, it ended up being closer to 15 minutes. Around 4, she came out with her previous client, checked her out, and booked her next appointment before bringing me back. I totally understand that appointments can run over, and things happen, but I felt like there wasn't much acknowledgment of the delay or consideration for my time. Thankfully, I didn't have anywhere else I needed to be, but if I had, it could have been frustrating. I think what stood out to me most is that if I had shown up 15 minutes late, I likely would have been charged a fee or asked to reschedule. I believe that same respect for clients' time should go both ways. With that being said, I probably won't be back. The space was beautiful and the shop was cute though.
