This has been my go-to nail place since 2021. It's not fancy, but they do an excellent job. It's clean, the staff are friendly, and the prices are good. I highly recommend upgrading slightly to the "relax" pedicure to get the hot stone massage. The staff is not pushy about upselling - they literally hand you a menu and ask you to pick. The massage chairs are nice too. One of my favorite things is the range of polish choices - they use DnD brand for both gel and regular and it's high quality. My pedicures easily last 6 weeks. I've also had gel manicures here and they were very well done. I also tried dip powder once on recommendation from the nail tech but wasn't a fan of the removal process (seemed harder on my nails than gel polish). They do get busy at certain times of the day (lunch, late afternoon/early evening) so I recommend calling ahead and getting a loose "appointment" to make sure they have time for you. read more

I came in for a callus removal that was quoted at $8, but when I went to pay, I was told there was an extra $2 charge for using a credit card. This fee wasn't posted anywhere or mentioned beforehand. Businesses should be upfront about extra charges so customers can make an informed choice -- it's about transparency and fairness. read more

I am very disappointed in my nails. I gat a gel mani and a pedi. The polish chipped the very next day.. no problem things happen, the issue was repaired w no change. Lo and behold 3 more nails chipped including the one that was repaired. I returned to get a polish change and was told they were busy and to come back Monday. It's Easter weekend and my nails look a meas.. will not be returning! read more

My sister and I have been coming here for over 5 years, and we wouldn't go anywhere else! This is a wonderful, family-owned salon. Kim and her husband do such an amazing job. Kim is always so attentive and takes great care of me every visit. They have a fantastic selection of colors in gel, dip, and regular polish, even cat eye polish and chrome, which I love! The prices are also very reasonable for the quality and care they provide. You can really tell they take pride in their work. Highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for great service and beautiful nails every time! read more

This is the best place to go in the downtown/midtown area for a pedicure. It's great value for the money, probably the cheapest good pedicure in the valley. Parking is easy, they take walk ins, they let you pay with card, and the staff speak English. I'm honestly surprised it's not busier here most of the time. It's not the world's most fancy chair or salon experience but a nice pedicure with gel polish and a hot stone massage for less than $50 is a rarity to be appreciated. I intend to keep coming back. read more

Well it seems you can make an appointment, show up on time, and still wait 45 minutes after time for anything to happen. I don't know if they had a staffing issue or what but seriously. Water was cold the whole time. Seriously disappointed after all my other experiences. read more

Unfortunately had the worst experience. I usually go there for a pedicure and this time I thought I would try a manicure. DONT COME HERE. I asked them prior if they were able to do a design, if not I can choose something different. The nail tech told me yes. Halfway through my nails she started scrambling and had to get another person to attempt. They could not do it and I told them to just take it all off because it wasn't what I wanted at all and I was already there for 2 hours. She then proceeded to yell at me and tell me it's my fault?? Once I went to check out she tried charging me for taking off the nails... only the base layer was removed and she didn't even take them all off. They ruined my natural nails and she was the worst. I still payed and tipped for my toes because I love the older lady that works there. ONLY GO FOR A PEDICURE. read more

They are awesome! I recently moved to AZ and had not been able to find a salon near me. So I decided to try this since it's close to where I work! I walked in and got taken care of on the spot (I went on a Wednesday afternoon)! A man started with my nails, and constantly made sure I liked his work! Then Kim came to finish the color and the little stones. I showed her a picture and she did it as exactly as I wanted it. They're all nice and attentive. 10/10 recommend! read more

Yesterday, I went to get my nails done. Mimi was so refreshing! She did a great job at me trying dip on my nails. They look AMAZING? But I can tell it's acrylic on my nails. I normally use gel and I've had two instances recently where the polish peeled up... Once at this salon and a HORRIBLE job at another salon in the Camelbacks Collanade. I LOVE the color of the dip. Mediocre at its very best. The service was lack luster from my nail tech. She hurt my toe even though I said ouch several times before she broke skin. The paint job on my nails is uneven and lumpy. She also gave me a dirty foot cover. Never again. Definitely would not recommend anyone ever come here. The only saving grace is my husband enjoy his pedicure. It was done by a different mail tech. read more

Kim was excellent. I'm in town for a wedding and they squeezed me in so easily. Got a full set and gel pedicure. They gave a great chair massage (some places do it but it's so half assed it's not worth it) and my nails were fast and came out great. read more

I went to this location to get my nails done and the guy started doing my nails and just because I told him one nail was shorter then the other one he said in his lenguaje that he didn't want to do it for me because I was picky, They were going to let me wait 30 minutes and he started doing the lady that was after me her nails and had me waiting, I called a head of time to make sure they were able to do it before I left they removed everything. I know for sure they discriminated against me. And just a little reminder for the owners of this location. Federal laws prohibit discrimination based on a person's national origin, race, color, religion, disability, sex, and familial status. Laws prohibiting national origin discrimination make it illegal to discriminate because of a person's birthplace, ancestry, culture or language. I know for sure it was one of this reasons.. I feel disappointed and discriminated it was my first time in this location and it was my nails for my birthday so I was super exited and of course I wanted the nails to look pretty because I am paying for a service that I felt they didn't want to give. I do not recommend this nail salon to anyone. I went a few days ago and now I have an infected cuticle of my right toe. It's so painful and looks disgusting! I walk with a slight limp because any pressure on my right foot hurts. I had to go to urgent care and am on oral antibiotics for 10 days! I was also perceived an ointment that has to be used 3-4 times a day and wrapped up. Do not go to this nail salon! read more

Made an appt for 3 of us, came in and we were in chairs in less than 3 minutes...and they were crowded. Awesome service and one of the better pedicures Ive ever received! They took their time and it seemed like we got a little longer massage than normal, but we weren't complaining! Best service and we will be back! read more

This place is the most affordable in the area compared to other places but that does not reflect on the quality of service you receive. Sure, the salon is not the fanciest place but I prefer to have friendly staff who have me walk out loving my nails over a luxurious salon with overpriced services and not so friendly staff who are too busy and rush the process. I don't remember my tech's name but I know it started with a T and she had a cute A-line bob haircut. They knew everyone's name that walked in so clearly they keep their customers happy and coming back. "T" pointed out a few errors that the previous salon did wrong on my nails and I really appreciated that, it shows they care about quality of work and also makes me want to continue coming here. I showed her a photo of what I wanted and really wasn't sure what I would end up with but I was pleasantly surprised at the final and have gotten so many compliments on them. She made them nice and think and evenly buffed out (I hate when I get SNS and they end up thick and lumpy). When she was done with my nails she even gave me a nice hand and arm massage with lotion as well as a little shoulder massage - totally unexpected and an added bonus to the experience. I know there are previous bad reviews on this place but please reconsider them as I think maybe they have hired new people or possibly gotten rid of the ones who did bad work. read more

Ummm it took me 45 minutes with my feet in water to get a pedicure started and then she used tools on my feet after using them on the lady next to me who had weird blisters and nasty wart like things all over her feet. I will absolutely not be back. Disgusting. And they have no schedule organization. They told 10 people 11 Am and could not accommodate us all. read more

My mom and I made an appointment for 2pm. We waited about 30 minutes with our feet in the water and I finally had a technician start on me. Meanwhile my mom still waited for an additional 15 minutes. I wanted the deluxe pedicure she barely trimmed my cuticles, did the sugar scrub, painted my nails and then had me sit in the paraffin wax. I sat in the wax and she went over and helped another lady she came over took the wax off and went back to the other lady. I asked if I was ever going to get my massage or the hot stones she claimed she did them already and never did. We were here for about 2 hours for just pedicures. She keeps stating she did and she never did I sat here the whole time while she did someone else's nails. I will never come back her. Not worth my time at all. Another lady finally came over and massaged me and said she was sorry. Still not worth the time. read more

I went here to get my nails removed and the guy decided to get an acrylic tip nail and put it between my fake nail and real nail and decided to just pull at it. it hurt so bad and my real finger nail hurts after, i even asked if this was normal and he said yes. This place is horrible i also had to wait an hour before getting seated even with calling in advance. DO NOT COME HERE! read more

She fixed it during my gel manicure. I had a basic pedicure with "nail art." Both ladies did a nice job! I love the atmosphere of this salon; the chandeliers and the lighting. The space and it's relaxing. They have a check-in system with an ipad at the door. If I'm in the area, I will come back. I called for a same day appointment for late morning, so only 2 other patrons were in there. My nails look and feel luxurious. They were pretty fast, too! 1-1/2hr for mani/pedicure.
