For perspective, we live and travel full time in our RV…read more Due to a combination of poor planning and bad decisions we had a dually tire blow out on a highway a few miles from Farmer's Tire Center. We called them and they reached out to a guy that does local mobile tire repair. However, he was unavailable. So even though they don't offer a mobile service they sent one of their shop employees out with a spare and a Jack to take care of us. As if that wasn't enough they trusted us to follow him back to get the rest of our back tires replaced and pay. Who does that anymore? We may have caught them at an especially generous and vulnerable period- I don't know. But what I do know is they took care of us at an especially vulnerable period! You can't go wrong with these good folks! A special shout-out to Peyton, thanks for taking good care of us.

He had the tires I needed after telling me that if he didn't that he could get them same day. He worked me in with the other customers. Staff was friendly and helpful. They found a missing endcap on one axle. The owner had one of the workers go down the street to get the pet I needed. It only took a few extra minutes and was at cost. Overall amazing service. I highly recommend to anyone.

I took my car to get my AC compressor replaced and was called an hour later saying…read moremy valve gasket and belts needed to be replaced because the valve gasket was leaking oil onto my original AC compressor. I went ahead and did that come to find out they left a bracket off that was hanging and hitting the new AC compressor and was told that my valve cover had a small crack on the top but it didn't go all the way through. Turns out that was a lie because the valve cover is now leaking oil to replace the AC compressor the valve gasket and one belt they charged me $780. I WOULD NEVER TAKE ANY VEHICLE HERE FOR ANY REASON. i wouldn't even trust these people to clean my car. ridiculous that they also wouldn't fix their fuck up.

They were finished quicker than they said they would which was great however I've been having some issues AC That it's not cooling down like it's supposed to I took it back in. They checked it says they recharged it less than a week later have the same problem have not been back yet to see what the issue is. Always remember this is how they get paid. So I called in the next day to ask had they found the problem. He was very hostile in giving me his answer. He was telling me I may need breaks and rooters.I told him I just put new breaks and rooters on it. In short he told me that I could come and get my car.I told him not to touch it I will be right there to pick it up. I took my car to Silver Star Mercedes Benz auto repair. I had picked up a huge rock in my wheel. They removed the rock and didn't charge me a dime. I will never take my car to Techway again. Yes they are over charging people or over diagnostics same thing. Either way they are taking your money.
