Unfortunately Ken's office secretary ordered the wrong windshield because she thought the entire VIN number wasn't needed, which was pertinent to having to proper windshield with lane departure, etc. After being told they would "keep someone at the office on standby" to install the windshield the day of delivery, which was supposed to be the following day, we have heard nothing. After being told they would "call back" and "call back" to tell us when to drop off car yesterday, we decided to cancel the order. Nobody appreciates being told one thing and then crickets.
