So much for convenience, right? Just another fun adulting task to add to the list! I found Terra Nova, which specializes in both, and that's all they do. You sign up on their website and they come out twice a year to turn your system off and drain it, turn it back on in the spring and check the backflow. They're one of EWEB's certified contractors, so they send the test results directly to EWEB. I signed up and they fit me in for the winterizing the same week. The cost seemed reasonable when you sign up for their ongoing service. So far, very pleased. One task checked off the list.

I tried calling three times but couldn't leave a message and there was no outgoing message to tell the customer what was going on. Additionally, I had previously been told the leak in my pressure regulator would be fixed at the same time. Now I have to wait for another appointment to fix the original problem.
