After my accident, I…read morewas in a lot of pain and didn't really know what to expect, but he made the whole process feel a lot less overwhelming. He's super down to earth and really easy to talk to, which made a big difference for me. I never felt rushed or like just another patient. He actually listens and explains things in a way that makes sense, which I really appreciated. Because of his help with my pain management, I've been able to make real progress and start feeling like myself again. I'm really grateful I found him and would definitely recommend him to anyone going through something similar.

Rubbish! Believe any of the other poor review that name Debra. She is unprofessional and…read morecondescending. I've heard Dr. Rho is great, but the administration he has chosen to represent him is embarrassing. To expand on this, give you a little more on the situation, and I do mean moron, here is a brief timeline of my dissatisfaction: 2/23/26: I call for initial visit. I am informed I need to have notes and reports faxed from my referring MD so I make the arrangements and the information is faxed 2/25/26. 2/26/26: I call to confirm they have received the necessary info and attempt to schedule an appointment. To my surprise, I was told that the ONLY person that knows how to check the fax was out of the office till the next week. I was as surprised as you are to hear that there was only one person in a professional office, in 2026, that knows how to check the fax so I asked the receptionist to clarify. It was true, I had to wait till the following week for the fax specialist to return so I could schedule. 3/3/26: After much ado and having my MD re-fax all necessary information I called in attempt to schedule. After it was confirmed that they had received the original fax of 2/25 I was connected with Debra. Debra confirmed that she was Dr. Rho's administrator and, in fact, the only person in the office that knew how to receive faxes. Again, I was as surprised as you are, but I felt confident I was dealing with someone of authority now. After dismissing my concerns with the receptionist's lack of professionalism and continually speaking over me she let me know they have 7-10 days from today, not the day that they received the information, to review it before they will schedule me. She confirmed they would call me. 3/20/26: I had waited 17 days, 13 business days, but had yet to hear back so I called again. Kathy dismissed my disappointment with the reoccurring lack of professionalism and became a bit contentious defending themselves. She was able to schedule me for the end of May. 3/23/26: Inland Interventional sends a fax to my MD stating they are unable to help me. When I talked to Debra she said that the MD had to review the notes before I could be scheduled. I gave them more than the 7-10 days that was necessary for said evaluation. on 3/20 Kathy had confirmed that I was ready to be scheduled and scheduled an appointment. What gives??? Not even the professional dignity to call to let me know. The brass tacks are this, I was dismissed and disregarded for a month while waiting for treatment for severe pain while I could have been waiting for a professional pain management clinic. I have an extensive health care background and appreciate how a clinic should be run, Debra and her staff are the opposite.

The people who answered the phones at the Colton clinic did not return my calls or forward my messages. for all locations you must go thru the Colton office for your calls. They use Physician's Assistants for locations other than the Colton office, which gives them the authority to demoralize you. Staff need to be trained how to deal with people who are in pain, and know that medication only alleviates some of the pain. I do not fail to so the test, Its just that I have a very tight schedule. I have a chronic illness and have two bulging discs on my spine. I get mild pain medication yet I get treated like I live on the streets using Fentanyl. You have a higher chance of getting attacked by bear than getting someone to answer the phone at this location. No one cares, they also lie. Ive been told "we have a high level of callers" yet all the times I have been there all you hear is the staff speaking about personal things, never saw anyone answer the phone. I have never seen more than two people waiting which Is why I like coming here, Its not a bus office. I guess that is why they are not busy because people leave. Its day 2 plus and still no call back or my received my refill, they make me hate my condition even more. I filed a compliant to MEDICAL BOARD OF CALIFORNIA. I miss two days of work. This is not the first office to ignore patients, at least other places call you back.

Jana was super helpful in directing us as first-timers in the cryo chamber and suggested the PEMF treatment for my wife's ailments. Long short short, after 1 treatment, my wife expressed significant pain relief, and I could tell in her mobility that she was feeling more agile. We practice a holistic medical approach to our health care (which can be difficult) and are extremely happy to find CryoDen. The customer service was very personable, the pricing is reasonable, and the facility is clean. I am excited to see my wife's healing process progress for the better. While the cryo chamber wasn't my favorite, I decided to try it a few more times to see if I notice any benefit, keeping in mind that everyone will have a different experience. I am thrilled that my wife felt the benefits of cryotherapy immediately!
