The deterioration has continued to spread, and sections of the driveway now look significantly aged despite regular care and no unusual usage. I contacted the company multiple times in 2025 and 2026 to discuss the excessive cracking and chipping and to ask about possible repair options or warranty coverage. Unfortunately, the responses I received did not resolve the issue, and the condition of the driveway continues to worsen. Their only response was to tell me to apply another sealer coat. This will not stop the chipping which is occurring from underneath the surface due to insufficient bonding agent.
