They had no idea what they were talking about (front desk). The manager came out and was super rude in her answer and very vague. I said ok think I will skip that. Then I had to listen to why it benefits people. Um, didn't you hear me I said I was to skip that. No biggie, just not my cup of tea. I was asked if I wanted to schedule another session. I said not at this time. Not 2 days later I received a call and VM that was harshly telling me I need to make my Next appt. Nope, not going back! Train your front desk people. They go through staff quickly. Guess not a good place to work for. No long term employees .

They all really make you feel at home and they truly want what's best for you. I've been struggling with burnout and seriously needed a little relaxation in my life. The staff helped me figure out what services would be best for me. There are loads to choose from. I settled on a float and using BrainTap. (I love to meditate so I thought this one would be fun to try.) Both services were just what I needed! The float helped relieve the tension in my shoulders (from stress and working at a desk all day) and gave me the sort of deep quiet you only get from being truly unplugged. BrainTap felt like I dialed my normal meditation up a notch. I love that it engages both hemispheres of the brain. So cool! I definitely feel more relaxed and plan to go back again. I'm in a season of my life where I need to commit more to myself but I find that hard to do regularly. Imagine Float made it really easy to prioritize myself and I know I need more of that in my life. I've already booked me next float. :) The facilities are clean, quiet, and relaxing. I never felt like I was being rushed to the services or to get out after. The staff offered me a tea menu after and let me sit in the quiet room to hang out for a bit. That extra bit of decompression and transition time was really nice. I so often feel like I am running from one thing to the next and this just stresses me out. It was nice to just sit and enjoy the tranquility. I can't wait to come back for my next float!

Tyler had greeted me at the main lobby and was so polite. I was intrigued, as it was my first time there, so I asked a bunch of questions about the place and he was so helpful and was very accommodating. He took me for a tour before I started my infrared sauna session and showed me all the different things that Float 41 had to offer. We started with taking a peek at the fire and ice plunge room, and then we walked to the common area where he offered us tea and relaxation if we wanted to stay there after our experience. The room was just so zen and peaceful. He continued the tour and showed us the float rooms which looked very interesting and will have to try the next time. Our stop ended at our infrared sauna session where we were able to relax and change into robes and given slippers to go inside with. As we stepped inside I noticed it was nice and toasty but I was able to breathe still. It wasn't like a regular sauna where it feels stuffy. This was enjoyable and actually breathable. The session lasted 45 minutes and I felt so rejuvenated after. We were able to shower and we were given water and towels to freshen up after. The experience felt cozy and comfortable and I really enjoyed my time.

When you open the door you literally step into what feels like another dimension. The waiting room is very inviting and decorated with an upscale-meets-eclectic vibe. The man of the husband-wife duo owners was very nice and informative. The young guy working in the shop would say "welcome back" as patrons emerged from the room. I think that sentiment alone is telling of the experience. Floating is awkward in the first few minutes. Your body isn't use to it so it's like the "uhhh what do I do with my hands" type of feeling. The pod is closed while you float in an epsom salt bath that was 92 degrees. The ambiance is customer-choice with buttons in the pod that control colored lights, darkness and another that controls music or silence. We chose black darkness with beautiful music. My brain was hither and yon as it always is- but I was so relaxed. Jen and I floated away from one another but sometimes our bodies converged. I finished out the last however long with my hand on her hip, although I was worried about sinking the floater. We emerged from the float and took a shower in their European style shower section of the room and Jen raves about the shampoo and conditioner. My legs feel, for once, at ease. My back doesn't hurt. My feet aren't a constant aching presence. I'm sincerely looking forward to how I sleep tonight. Jen and I are so relaxed we decided to get into bed early and just watch Disney+ with our littlest girl. Maybe I'm imagining it.. but my anxiety is so minimal that I don't even care about getting chores done on this Sunday. My biggest chore day. Yet- I'm still so grateful.

Not too far away from where I live, and very reasonably priced. Easy to find once I got to Claremont, and felt immediately welcomed upon walking in! As I had never been in one previously, I certainly benefited from the gentle instructions. And once in the tank it took me a couple minutes to adjust to the degree of peace and relaxation I was being offered, figuring out the sound and the lights, etc. At which point I opted for total darkness and no music. Just listening to my own heartbeat. It was wonderful and I truly recommend it! Heads up--the little bottle of spray water in the tank comes in handy! And I appreciated that they let me leave my car in their parking lot while I walked around and enjoyed downtown Claremont. Five stars, easily.

My mother and I went there during the weekend of my sister's graduation from Yale's School of Management(Go Bulldogs!). We booked while we were in Philly for our layover and had trouble scheduling online so we called the office. Olivia immediately scheduled us for a full spa day on Sunday and then we decided to do a separate float on Friday before dinner. Olivia was so kind and happy to help us. When we arrived on Friday we were greeted by Jade to prepare for our float session to sign our waivers. We were taken to a beautiful room with cozy blankets, salt lamps and calming lighting to begin our journey. After watching the informational video for our float session, Jade walked us back to the our separate rooms. The space was so clean and welcoming. We each had our own individuals rooms with a shower, float bath, robe, slippers and toiletries. It was an expectational experience. When we came back on Sunday for our full spa day which included a 3 min cryotherapy session, 1 hour float, 1 hour massage with Jalisa and Stephen followed by an hour sauna session. The deep tissue massages by Stephen and Jalisa were otherworldly. I usually ask for a deep tissue massage but never felt that folks were able to get deep enough, this was not the case. Both my mother and myself felt that every knot we had in our bodies was released and cared for during our session. There were multiple times I felt that multiple hands were on me though it was Stephen and my mom felt the same way with Jalisa. All staff at Ripple Float ensured we were comfortable, hydrated with their many free selections of tea, water and kombucha (available for purchase). We are both looking forward to returning for another full spa day when we are back in the city.

This kind is the far infrared chamber where you lie down. It was nice! They are really generous with providing a layer of clean, fresh towels covering the entire bed and pillow. I wasn't sure if it would be too hot. It turns out it was so relaxing I fell asleep in like 10 minutes!! I think since my head was out of the chamber, the heat was tolerable and I woke up drenched in sweat!! I had that buzzy endorphin feel after working out! David and his mother who run it are really nice, helpful and passionate about what they do. David was able to explain the whole process and how the far infrared sauna works. They both were really kind and happily took the my time answering questions. It was not packed, but they were steadily busy when I went. I fall asleep really easily so I did not have any issue with background noise, but for folks who are light sleepers you might want to bring ear plugs, but they also provide them for you if you forgot to bring them. I didn't need them. In the front they also sell crystals, drinks to hydrate, gifts and other fun stuff. Thank you!

The next day I went to finally try the sauna, which I was very excited about since pretty much all saunas at gym locations were off limits due to covid, which not only do they clean the rooms, but they also place fresh new towels even if you don't use them, they also sanitize everything, so you don't have to worry about covid at this place. When I got there I was greeted by the man behind the desk (didn't get his name) and not only was he nice, but also very professional. Once it was time to go to the room he explained to me how it works and they gave me extra time since it was my first to get relaxed and understand the heating controls. Once the session was over I was asked how I felt and I was made sure I enjoyed my time. I wasn't pressured to get a membership or anything... I honestly didn't know what to expect coming here and when I first saw the pricing online I thought it was a little pricey, but the pure professionalism of this place is just too good, not to mention the health benefits of the sauna itself. I absolutely recommend this place!

The float tank also does a great job of relieving minor aches and pains because you can stretch with no weight on your joints. I wish that I had thought to turn the lights off in the room before I started, because there was a little bit of light seeping through the cracks of the float tank. You can have the option to turn the lights and spa music in the tank on or off. My skin was super soft afterwards because of the epsom salt, but you might want to plan to do this on a day when you don't have any plans afterwards, because my hair was kind of funky for a while afterwards.
