Went to this address and had an appointment at 6 12/15. When I got to the door it was unlocked but all lights were off inside. I tried the switch by the stairs but it didn't work. When I went upstairs the door was all the way at the end of the hallway. I say there for 15 mins in the dark because on the door there was a sign that told me not to knock that there was a massage in session. I did not hear anything or see any lights throughout the whole building. The whole atmosphere was very sketchy and I was creeped out and called both numbers tht both led me to a voicemail. I left a voicemail stating I would sit in the car until 6:05 but afyer would have to leave. I stayed outside until 6:10 and did not hear from anyone. The whole situation was scary and I don't know that I will ever return. I hope Groupon will refund me as this service was terrible. read more

I really wanted to give this business 5 stars as Jason is a very pleasant person, but service went down hill when he tried to reschedule my husband's Father's Day massage minutes before his appointment. I found a Groupon deal back in March and scheduled for 20 June (Father's Day). I personally met with Jason three days prior to the appointment to ensure everything went smoothly the day of. I paid and confirmed the location and time. On the day of the appointment, I received a text from Jason 45 minutes before the appointment asking to reschedule. I told him my husband was already enroute to his appointment.  After back and forth texting, Jason agreed to keep the appointment. Not only was he not there when my husband arrived but I received a text saying he was stuck in traffic. After showing up late for the appointment, Jason asked my husband for the Groupon deal in which he previously redeemed from me. He requested I send a screenshot of the redeemed Groupon code to confirm I've paid. I asked my husband did he at least enjoy his massage and he said it was just okay.  This was not good experience at all. Unfortunately, I will not be recommending his services to anyone. read more

Had the most amazing deep tissue massage ever by Jason for the first time and let me be very clear...this massage was like no other I've ever had. Jason is extremely knowledgeable, experienced and well intuned on how the human body should be aligned and once I got on the table the magic began! Jason was a dream. He was able to crack my back, my wrists, my ankles, and my neck in a way that nobody including myself has ever been able to. He is highly knowledgeable about his practice. He was even able to give me information on a chiropractor which was awesome, and will allow for me to have an expert do a full readjustment. The set up was incredible, extremely relaxing. I've gotten quite a few massages over the last few years but none have even been comparable to the massage I received this evening. The only downfalls I truly had which are not at all the fault of Jason, was the entrance is off Mallory so I got lost when trying to find where I was going; and in the last couple of minutes of my massage, another patron accidentally tried to enter the room. Doesn't bother me much, because I have no shame, but it would definitely catch someone unsuspecting off guard! My advice, check the sign before entering! Thank you Jason for this incredible service! Thank you you for your comment .i don't have calluses hands actually your skin was very dry so I had to keep using more massage oil. When you came in an I started working on you I noticed you a lot of knots and muscle skeletal tension .your cervical 567 felt compressed .-along your spine you had rib misalignment and tension .based on my assessment I hand to adjust your massage to give the best results .the buffet was used to smoothie out the muscle so that the muscle would ease up after applying the trigger points . There is a science to healing and therapy. Please increase your water intake this will help with the Tiffiny Of The mucked aswel as I corporating proper nutriention,exercise and stretching. Those reading the post again I'm not a spa I'm a wellness healer . I have a degree in exercise science and sports medicine. My purpose is to give results as I posted in response to other reviews. Also people called it mysticism foo foo hoo hoo. All healing comes from the source ie GOD I have been blessed with a gift and this light and healing g flows thru me. I went yesterday to use a Living Social coupon. Making the appointment on-line was super easy. It was one of the best scheduling sites I have ever used. Finding the place was another story. Apparently the name is Euphorian not Euphoria so finding his website for directions while using a phone in a car is a bit tough. The second issue, while not Jason's fault, is that his entrance is on Mallory not Mellen and most GPS devices will send you onto the bridge to Fort Monroe. If you have never been there and are unsure of the area you should leave some time for locating. The massage itself was one of the better ones I have had recently. Jason was skilled, polite and not overly talkative. I prefer to relax with Jazz instead of the usual mood music and he accommodated me with no problem, The only problem I had was that after I left I noticed that the massage oil he used has a pretty strong after smell. I never ran into that issue before. It was not too nice and since I went straight to work I had to endure the odor all day. The next time I will ask if there is a substitute. I had the GREATEST MASSAGE THERAPIST IN THE WORLD (sacred roots- Ryan Brown) in KC but I moved to Virginia a year ago. My former therapist literally kept me alive and out of surgery.. I've been to half of the places in the tidewater area and they were mostly just terrible. I found the Groupon for Jason and gave it a shot- I didn't expect much. My first visit was amazing!! He was slightly different than my old MT but it made a massive difference in my chronic pain levels. I scheduled a 2 hour deep tissue and he was able to break through most of the deep knots and fix nearly a year of missed therapy. He's been busy but I texted a few days ago and he stayed much later to squeeze me in for another deep tissue. I feel 20 years younger after just 3 sessions- and my overall tension, stress, and nerve pain has almost disappeared- something my old therapist wasn't able to accomplish. Definitely give Jason a try- or two! It takes two sessions to really get down to the damage. After that, a monthly appointment usually keeps me pretty functional. Thanks so much Jason!! read more

I have been getting regular deep tissue/sports massages with assisted stretching and cupping for years by the same therapist. I recently relocated to Hampton roads and was not looking forward to finding a new massage therapist. I am so happy to have found Jason. His education in exercise science is what initially attracted my attention. I am very active and fit so I require someone who is knowledgeable and well trained. I use massage for healing as I have constant knots and trigger points, and was not looking for a spa environment as I require more than the fluff that is provided at those types of places. Let me tell you, Jason is a true healer, I would even say a miracle worker. His technique is like nothing I have ever experienced, so focused and extremely effective. I went in for what was supposed to be a relaxing Swedish massage but the masseuse intentionally "cracked" my back during the massage. Needless to say, I wasn't expecting to have my back cracked during a massage so I wasn't sure what to think at the time. I'm not sure if he was qualified to crack backs but it wasn't pleasant and my back has been sore ever since (it was perfectly fine before the massage). I really wanted to like this place because the masseuse seemed to have a more spiritually-centered practice but I won't be getting a massage here again. read more
