This place is great! Open, airy floorplan, helpful (and I mean HELPFUL) staff who are both knowledgeable and attentive, and a HUGE selection all help make this my favorite spot for my vape supplies! Last visit, the guy behind the counter (I forgot to grab his name before I left) helped me immensely when I discovered that my go-to brand of vape salts was discontinued, and put me onto a new brand with an even longer list of flavors (which are awesome so far) which would seem to be in ample amount, already in stock. Customer service always appears to be the priority with all of the employees! I get that some people have bad experiences, but there is a lot to be said for your approach. Colin & Kyle worked together to help me 2day. I don't go to any other stores bc this one has what I'm looking for, the atmosphere is peaceful, positive & laid back bc the employees r the best. These 2 especially r kind, respectful, patient, very intelligent & know the products well. Best of all which every shopper hates is they aren't pushy trying to make a sale!!!! I don't know where these other reviews are coming from or why nobody else has spoken up. I've been to this store a few times and always had fantastic customer service, and i was always treated well. Every vape I have bought off of them has worked and hasn't needed to be replaced, I just get bored and wanted to try a different one. They have every type of juice you could ask for, and a million different vapes to choose from. Highly recommend these guys, I will continue to shop here. This store has everything and Rylan was very knowledgeable on the THC flower, he has everything about each strain in a journal. Planet of the Vapes now gets the money I would have spent at a the dispensary. The purple haze was one of the best strains I've smoked. Today I got a half oz. Of two different strains that are fire. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The young lady was able to answer all my questions and give me very useful information that I otherwise wouldn't have known. I also liked that they are honest. They were able to fix my device that I purchased somewhere else when I had full intentions of buying a new one. I did end up buying other things because I really appreciated their integrity! Went in with a major mechanical vape issue. Jamie looked after me like a boss. Diagnosed the issue and it turns out that it was a coil problem after all. Problem solved. More importantly, I really enjoy coming here for the fact that I'm treated very well by all the staff they do tend to get busy in the evening, but they do have more than enough staff to take care of you. read more
