Tricia saved the day and what a lovely! When the car service that the Greenbank Hotel didn't show…read moreup, the hotel called looking to see who could get me to my train on time, 7:20am. I had asked for the taxi pick me up at 6:30am. By 6:35am I was concerned, the hotel said that Tricia could be there in 10 mins and I said I need sooner, they called the other local cab and they said a matter of minutes. Well Tricia showed up in 6 mins. The other cab company didn't show but Tricia didn't trust they would be picking me up in time and had dropped off her fare and came right over to me and got me to my train w 20 mins to spare. I honestly could not stop thanking her. Her kindness and caring is palpable. When I come back next year, I'll be reaching out to them. If I had missed my train, I would have missed my flight back to the states. This taxi being on time that didn't show could have cost me greatly. Thank you again, Tricia, you were the bright spot to my day and I won't forget the impression you made.
