We organised the shoot, filmed the project, edited the videos, delivered the content, discussed revisions, and even provided the raw footage when requested as a gesture of good faith. After receiving the work, they refused to pay the remaining 50% balance and instead disputed the payment entirely. What makes this even more frustrating is that the complaints only came after delivery and after they had already received the files. The concerns raised were about small background details inside their own warehouse during filming, despite the footage being reviewed and approved on-site with her husband before delivery. We were still willing to make reasonable changes and work through things professionally. Instead, communication stopped completely. Calls were ignored, emails went unanswered, we were blocked from further contact, and at the same time the content continued being used publicly for promotion and advertising. There is a huge amount of work that goes into production behind the scenes, planning, equipment, filming, editing, revisions, delivery, and time away from other projects. To receive the work, keep the raw files, dispute the payment, and then cut off communication is honestly one of the most unprofessional experiences we've dealt with. Creative businesses deserve to be treated fairly, especially when work has been completed and delivered exactly as agreed under a signed contract.

Most…read morepathetic product and service we have received from Cameron Blinds, it may not even be a genuine Ziptrack product we were sold in the first place. Bunch of liars in the office denying the fact that they are responsible for the delayed install that took 6 visits and more than 2 weeks to be completed. After the install we had to keep requesting their install team to come out and fix different issues over and over again (at least 8 times in just 3 months). Now bragging about their 40 years of experience and blaming issue like wind and weather, which is of course a problem in Melbourne but products and services are designed and delivered to meet those issues and clients are properly informed on how to use the product and avoid these problems during such times. They think it's a joke to take clients hard earned money and then then ask to pay again for visits to fix the issues, not honoring the warranty. Very arrogant owner who has 0 manners or respect for suffering customers. We will take this to VCAT or anywhere else it needs to go to teach them a lesson and get our money back.
