So it is easy to say helpful people, nice furniture, good selection, etc. All of the preceding would be quite true, however here is my experience. Purchased a Stessless/Ekornes AS sofa in 2014 in Anchorage Alaska, then moved to Jacksonville FL and added a chair-matched color perfectly! Then went back and ordered a headrest for the sofa-again matched perfectly. Then we moved again this time to Idaho. I called back to Jacksonville to get the color name (I had forgotten the exact color) and to ask which chair style I had previously ordered. They provided not only the name and color but also a great price and shipping on a second chair to Coeur d"Alene. Chair arrived earlier than promised in great shape and you would never know that the whole look was created over 6 years and four different orders! This place is the absolute best if you are in the market for Stressless furniture. I knew what I wanted and a few conversations with Chris sealed the deal. He was great at providing me with information that I needed, the deals being offered and answering all my questions. I did not step foot in their showroom, but bought the furniture over the phone. When it was time for delivery (furniture is custom made so it can take a few months), Chris contacted me and the furniture was delivered a few days later. He even provided me with cleaning solutions that are made specifically for Stressless. This really helped. The couches and the arm chairs that we bought are phenomenal. The showroom seems to hold every size and style of chair. Suzanna is knowledgeable and efficient without being pushy. This was out third attempt at finding comfort for him, and the European Leather Gallery solution worked out great.
