After talking to them they mentioned that they couldn't do anything cause the tags on the box springs were ripped off. I mentioned to them that I was at the install when they installed the bed and I mentioned to them that they took all tags off. To make a long story short they didn't want to replace my springs that were less then a year. They wanted me to buy 2 new springs and for me to sell the old ones. To me sounds pretty shady that I was never told about these so called tags. And now that I have issues they want to wipe there hands and not help out there customers. Not only did she get everything to me when I live 75 miles away but there was not a scratch on anything!!! She kept in constant contact with me the entire process making sure I was kept up to date. A few days later when I went to open 1 of the bottom drawers on a nightstand we couldn't get it to open. Once we finally we able to pry it open we discovered that a piece had been broken off!!! I called Christina at Mattress Direct and not only did she get me a new one, but she personally delivered it!!! Customer service is an A+++++!! Next time I need furniture..... I'll be going to Christina at Mattress Direct!!!
