Extremely disappointing experience. my Lexus TX was at this repair shop for over a month, and we…read morepaid a significant amount of money for the repairs. after waiting all that time, i was finally contracted yesterday afternoon and told that vehicle was ready and that they had competed their final inspection. However, when i arrived to pick up the vehicle, I discovered that the part was still missing and had not even been installed. I had already made arrangements to pick up the vehicle based on their confirmation that the repairs were complete, only to find out that it wasn't actually ready. I then had to wait an additional hour while they addressed the situation. After having my vehicle for over a month and paying a substantial amount for the repair, this level of communication, organization, and quality control is completely unacceptable. if a final inspection had actually been performed, this should have been caught before i was told the car was ready. Overall, this was a very frustrating and unsatisfactory experience. I expected much better communication and attention to detail, especially given the amount of time and money involved.

Called Precision to get appt. on my 2010 Acura MDX for an oil leak.I never been to this shop before…read morebut willing to give it a try since they specialize in Honda and Acura.John was very professional and friendly with me.Left the MDX with him at 9am and he called later to give me diagnosis and price.It needed 5 seals replaced which cost about $305 total with labor and tax.It was repaired next day before lunchtime.Upon picking up my vehicle, he showed me the seals and all was fixed.I would recommend them to others and will be using this shop for both of my Acuras.
