I called back and again confirmed with you that I would have female technicians. I asked you specifically who my services were with and you told me Bridgette, Christine, and Lydia. When I got to the spa for my appointment, to my surprise I had a man for my facial which I specifically did not want. You also changed my other technicians! As a previous managing aesthetician and spa receptionist I am very disappointed in my experience here. The facial itself was disappointing, it consisted of serval products applied to my face and hot towels. I have much better facials for less! You are paying for the name and the experience. Same thoughts on the changing room/locker room. Too small of space and no personal space at all to change without being on top of the person next to you. Makes for an uncomfortable two experiences right here. Pros:lovely facility, comfy robes, kind staff and quality massage. Yes, it's expensive but I would never claim that Gervasi is cheap or super affordable.

He is very strong, and will accommodate YOUR needs. I like a very deep tissue massage for injuries I sustained in an automobile accident, but also like to relax and enjoy. He can do BOTH, and can wonderfully incorporate the two if that is what you need. Roger offers nighttime and weekend massages, and his prices are great. He offers a buy four get one free program that I am definitely going to take advantage of. I can't recommend him highly enough.

She is not welcoming at all and doesn't even show you around in regards to different modalities, etc. When asking her about some things she just blows you off. When calling you can't even hear what is being said on the machine. Did the float pod initially with my dtr. and a massage with Jimmie and Kolibri (who are BOTH absolutely FANTASTIC). They were very welcoming and knowledgeable about the facility. Later learned that they were the ones who originally built Mystic Float. Too bad they sold it. I will still go there to see them both for massages, but will not use any of the other modalities there. Went twice to the salt cave and spoke to Julie about the halotherapy that appeared to not be working properly. Told me that she cleaned it, but it still was not putting out any mist. Waste of money and the music in the salt cave was way too loud. I will return to 'Inner Whispers' on Hills and Dales for the halotherapy (which is GREAT and you can actually feel the mist. And plus they have other modalities there and the energy throughout the place is INCREDIBLE). If they had a different person running Mystic Float their business might pick up, but unfortunately Julie does not have the right energy, temperament, or attitude for a wellness center.
