I scheduled a 50 min. Lifting and Firming facial ($160) and ADDED on a Dermaplane ($40). My entire…read moresession only lasted 50 mins. She spent a good 10 - 15 mins. doing the dermaplane (which she did a very good job). So if you are adding on a service and paying for it, it should not take time away from your original service. The facial itself was disappointing, it consisted of serval products applied to my face and hot towels. I have much better facials for less! You are paying for the name and the experience. However, I have been to several other spas that are just as nice or nicer. Such a shame!

Beautiful facility. Service was on time and a fantastic 80-minute massage. Jennifer, my massage therapist had a great personality and was easy to talk to if I chose to during the massage. Cons were the extremely small relaxation room that was 100% packed the entire time I was there. It was uncomfortable stepping over people and feeling like everyone was on top of one another. Same thoughts on the changing room/locker room. Too small of space and no personal space at all to change without being on top of the person next to you. Makes for an uncomfortable two experiences right here. Pros:lovely facility, comfy robes, kind staff and quality massage. Yes, it's expensive but I would never claim that Gervasi is cheap or super affordable.

So sad that this place was sold to Julie. I have heard the same complaints from others (myself…read moreincluded) ref when walking thru the door you're treated like you're an inconvenience to her. She is not welcoming at all and doesn't even show you around in regards to different modalities, etc. When asking her about some things she just blows you off. When calling you can't even hear what is being said on the machine. Did the float pod initially with my dtr. and a massage with Jimmie and Kolibri (who are BOTH absolutely FANTASTIC). They were very welcoming and knowledgeable about the facility. Later learned that they were the ones who originally built Mystic Float. Too bad they sold it. I will still go there to see them both for massages, but will not use any of the other modalities there. Went twice to the salt cave and spoke to Julie about the halotherapy that appeared to not be working properly. Told me that she cleaned it, but it still was not putting out any mist. Waste of money and the music in the salt cave was way too loud. I will return to 'Inner Whispers' on Hills and Dales for the halotherapy (which is GREAT and you can actually feel the mist. And plus they have other modalities there and the energy throughout the place is INCREDIBLE). If they had a different person running Mystic Float their business might pick up, but unfortunately Julie does not have the right energy, temperament, or attitude for a wellness center. No one should have to walk thru the doors of this type of business and feel like they're an inconvenience or not welcome.

I felt so relaxed and rejuvenated at the same time!! I couldn't wait to go back!! I also got a ionic foot detox from Chaz. I couldn't believe how I felt after I was finished. I could stand to do a few more sessions.
