I had an appointment for Friday Feb 16th for my Botex. I get Botex for my migraines. After driving there for 45 minutes from my home, I was told my appointment was cancelled. They asked me to " do some shopping and come back in 2 hours" ridiculous!!!!!! I specifically requested female technicians. I booked and paid for a massage, facial, and pedicure one month in advance. After I was already scheduled for 10:00 with requested females you called me leaving me a voicemail that you had to move my appointments to 11:30, but said everything we talked about would be the same. I called back and again confirmed with you that I would have female technicians. I asked you specifically who my services were with and you told me Bridgette, Christine, and Lydia. When I got to the spa for my appointment, to my surprise I had a man for my facial which I specifically did not want. You also changed my other technicians! As a previous managing aesthetician and spa receptionist I am very disappointed in my experience here. You should take female requests seriously especially when these requests could be because of a person's religion or trauma! Thanks a lot! read more

Got a spray tan with Kara for my best friends wedding. She was extremely professional, friendly & knowledgeable. My tan looked amazing - got so many compliments! Splurged on a spa day for my wife and daughter and they loved it. Expect to get better products and more expertise than the typical salon facial services but also know that you'll pay more for it. The cost is $$$ which may be prohibitive at times but the products may be better for the skin and worth the occasional splurge for you as well. read more

My wife and I received a couples massage gift at Christmas. I'd planned to use it nearer to Valentines Day but an unforeseen surgery scheduled for yesterday got me moving to set it up earlier! Our second time here and we'll be back! The ambiance and quietness off the entire place is great and the massage rooms are softly lit and relaxing. Our two masseuse were great and their soft spoken tones added to the relaxation. The changing rooms are very nice with access to a full shower. Our package included champagne or sparkling grape juice and a bit of chocolate as well as much sauna time as you like. Great price, great people, great time! read more

Each year my mom, sister and myself head out the day after Christmas for a relaxing spa day - and Spa at Atrium by far has the best massages! We alternate between Relaxation and Swedish (and have even had pregnancy massages there too!) and ALL have been amazing - way better than other local spas. Most recently we saw Shane and Kim and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for spa relief . Will definitely be booking here again - and not waiting for Christmas to roll back around - we can't wait that long to get back there! read more

I spent an afternoon at the Spa at Atrium with my daughter for her birthday. It was a wonderful experience. We both had relaxation massages and mani/pedis. The staff were all wonderful and friendly, the environment was clean and relaxing and the service was great. We will definitely return soon. read more

Terrible experience here! I got a gift card from my cousin who raves about this place, and my mother also said that they were wonderful, so I went in with high hopes. I went in for a 60min Swedish massage (supposed to be a little deeper than a relaxation massage) in hopes to get the tension and pain out of my shoulders, neck and back. I was apparently the last appointment of the day because I was rushed through my paperwork, which I never finished filling out, and didn't even sign it. I thought it was weird that they had me pay BEFORE I even got any services done. I explained to Rena, my massage therapist, that my shoulders were really bad and that I'd like them worked on the most. I didn't get a 60 min massage like I was supposed to, it wasn't anywhere near a Swedish massage, it was so light it barely felt like a massage, she spent more time on my arms and legs and barely worked my back, neck and certainly did not work on my shoulders like I told her to! I contacted them later in the day (I was so upset when i left that I didn't say anything until I calmed down) to tell them what had happened hoping that they would fix the problem and I never heard back from them, even when I contacted them again. They basically took my money, rushed me through a massage just so they could go home, and then didn't listen when I told them that my experience was horrible and did nothing to fix it. I have money left on my gift card and I don't even want to use it! I don't want to go back there. I'd rather pay for a massage at Spa Envy where I know they give great massages than use my gift card for another massage here! read more
