Taylor the girl who waxed me was amazing and super sweet, the receptionist on the other hand was quite rude and very unwelcoming. The receptionists is a blonde woman with eyelash extensions that really need to be redone. I spoke with one of my friends about this location and she said she had a very similar experience with the receptionist. I am not sure if she's still working there but I hope she's not, nobody wants to be greeted by a rude woman. 10/10 experience with Taylor 0/10 with the receptionist. read more

I got a Brazilian for my wedding day. It was my first time and I didn't know what to expect. The technician was amazing, patient, and walked me through the entire process. The facilities were clean and I felt as comfort as one could during the process. Only cons, felt pressure to purchase their creams for post care. Also, my results were not 100%. It could be because it was my first time but I expected baby smooth and I still had many visible strands remaining. Also, results only lasted about a week and a half. That is likely do to my body though. Will I continue to go back to the Brazilian Wax Center? Absolutely. But think I'll skip the Brazilian next time. read more

Don't get too excited about their rewards/points program. You have to spend the exact dollar amount to use the rewards which is almost impossible due to the way their prices are set up. If I want to use $28 dollars of my $30 rewards, I can't. I have to purchase another product so I am just spending more money. Let me spend my reward money the way I want. This is not my normal EWC I go but they always seem to be able to schedule me in last minute! Since COVID they have taken a lot of precautions which makes me feel safe. They are super clean as well, everything is wiped down. Everyone is super friendly and service is good. I will keep going to this place. read more

Great place!! I set an appointment online, same day. Love the late hours! My appointment was with Grace. She did an excellent job. Cute and clean place. The prices were good too! I got my eyebrows done and also a Brazilian. I decided to get some of their products as well. They set me up for the next appointment and I got the app so the schedule will be super easy. I made an appointment for a Friday and got a text in the morning that the AC was out and they had to cancel me. They assured me the system would be back on in the afternoon and rescheduled me with Courtney. Courtney deserves 5 stars for having to work without AC and working so hard to actually get my hair to lift given I was sweating from the lack of AC. They were most definitely not up front or honest about lack of air conditioning and it led to a very uncomfortable waxing but it was not Courtney's fault. The store should be embarrassed of how they treat their customers AND employees. read more

Let me start by saying I usually enjoy my appointments here, but this last appointment was disappointing to say the least. I've been coming to this location for over 6 months now, and have seen 3 different waxers because they can't seem to keep their staff. The most recent waxer I saw acted like she had no idea how to trim my eyebrows, and had to call someone else in to help her. While they worked, they talked about me like I wasn't there and never asked me how I wanted my brows to look. I'm not happy with the way they turned out. When I went to the front to check out, the receptionist was condescending and seemed like she didn't want to be there. I usually have good things to say about EWC, but I'll be avoiding the Cedar Park location from now on. read more

I love EWC, but unfortunately have had two bad experiences at this location. Not with the services, but with the staff. I'm talking "being snapped at by the receptionist in a full lobby" bad, and "esthetician being unsure of what services are available" bad. The last time I went in, I was overcharged for my service.I didn't realize it until my card had been swiped. I informed the girl at the front desk, who rolled her eyes, slammed the phone down, and yelled at me in front of a full lobby. For the money I spend on services here, I absolutely do not expect to be treated like this. So unprofessional. In addition, my esthetician made me feel very uncomfortable throughout my service. The Brazilian was painful and I definitely jump when the strip is pulled but she was so patient and made the experience so great that I bought a wax pass to start going in monthly (send prayers)! These guys are awesome. I had never done any sort of waxing before, so I was a little apprehensive to give it a try. Being that person that goes online and watches videos to see what to expect, I made myself even more nervous, so I almost opted out of even doing it. I'm so glad I didn't. When I checked in, I let the receptionist know that I was very nervous. She put my fears at ease and told me what to expect. She made me feel comfortable and like I had nothing to worry about. My aesthetician, Natalie, was awesome. She talked to me and made me feel comfortable through the whole process. She explained what she was doing and why. She let me know the best upkeep and shared her own experiences with me. She was quick, thorough, and before I knew it, we were through! She came out with me and set me up with a few products, answered any questions I had, and then I was on my way. Now, I will say, the upkeep products were a little pricey. The serum for preventing ingrown hair was about $23, but a little goes a long way. I bought the serum, the lotion, and the exfoliant, and it's done well for me and is specifically made for the upkeep. So, be prepared to spend about $100+ if you're going for the first time and want the full three step process. Overall, I would recommend them! read more

For FIRST TIME bikini waxers, I highly recommend Melissa. I had mine done for the first time today and it wasn't that bad! And let me tell you, I have low pain tolerance. I also think the whole experience went really well because of my waxer, Melissa S. She walks with you step-by-step through the process and ensures you're comfortable with everything. I've been coming here for my brows ever since this location opened. I've always been pleased with the service, staff, and environment. I never book with a specific person so that means I get different people every time, which is fine. Shay did a particularly nice job today so I think I'll be booking with her from now on. She took her time and was very meticulous, studying my brows and making tweaks. There's usually a free first time customer offer. You can also pre-purchase your wax visits and they throw in some bonus ones for free. I always take advantage of that deal to save a little money. read more
