I really like the vibe at this place! The whole place including bathrooms is super clean. The waxing rooms are nice sized and I didn't feel claustrophobic at all (like I have at some of those after-thought waxing rooms at salons). After I moved my appointment because I didn't think there was enough growth to wax, all of a sudden bam! All those little hairs became longer hairs and I wanted to change my appointment date again and they were very accommodating. Ashley performed my underarm and leg wax and did a great job. It didn't hurt at all and her friendly demeanor and efficient waxing skills had me in and out of there in no time. Already made my next appointment and I'm looking forward to it. read more

Lovely experience out in Texas. It was my first time coming here, I ended up getting my eyebrows waxed and she listened to what I had to say and how I'd like her to do my eyebrows. She took her time listening to me and cleaning up my eyebrows. She paid close attention to me and made sure I was comfortable and okay during the whole appointment. It was around 30 minutes or so. daughter got her eyebrows waxed here and the lady made them so thin. she's been very upset because she naturally has very full thick eyebrows that she takes pride about but came home with pencil thin. the waxer did not discuss that she was going to change them that much. very frustrating when it's on your face and can't do anything about it. clean place but would advice the staff to be more cautious and not just go through the motions . wish she didn't tip her. read more
