I'm not from Rogers but needed a wax while traveling. After the experience I had at the Rogers location I can promise I will never be back. There was an incredibly rude woman who said she was the owner (?) in the front pushing guests to get extra services even after they said no multiples times. She told other guests if they weren't getting the packages they were making a poor investment. She was continually berating the other workers as well. I have never had such a poor experience at a European Wax Center and I'm so glad I live nowhere near that woman. MB read more

I can always get an appointment last minute and they do quick/great job every time. All of the employees are very nice and friendly!. They use a wax that hardens and is pulled off without strips or anything. It's crazy fast and hardly painful at all. I always have a great experience at European Wax. Ask for Myriah - she does a great job and always makes me feel comfortable. She's friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. She's even waxed my teenage daughter's bikini line and set her at ease. The wax that the center uses is superior to the kind most services use. Much less painful. I have been going here every month for almost a year now. They get you in & out very quickly! The staff is always very nice & the facilities are always spotless. I purchased their eyebrow package a few months back & I really like it. You get 12 eyebrow services at a discounted price. They spread the payments out over 3 months. I also really like that I can make appointments or change them on their app. However, I found out the hard way that you don't get as many points if you make your appointment on the app. Go ahead & make you next appointment with them while you are in there so you get 100 extra points. You can always change the appointment on your app later. In January, they were running a special on their products you can buy & I purchased their tweezers & their eyebrow pencil. BEST tweezers I have ever purchased! You can bring them back in & have their resharpened, though I haven't done that yet. read more

Updating a previous review. Still one star. I have a package for Brazilians. This is something I do often and have been doing for years. Either at my home location in Vegas. Or this Rogers location when I'm here half the year. For years my waxers, great or not so great, have always followed the same line to wax on my bikini area. I had a new girl today as my guy was off. There's an area high up on front thigh she would not wax saying it's out of limits. They same little strip EWC has been doing to years. Same. Every. Single. Time. So now I'm the middle of swim suit season I guess I have to shave a little quarter inch strip that has always been waxed by this establishment. Because one employee I've never used said it's too far. (Bc as you know if you have to shave for a few weeks then go to wax - your hair gets more thick, more coarse, & it HURTS so much more to wax afte shaving) read more

Tina did my Brazilian wax and seemed careless throughout the whole process, it turned out to be partially waxed and told me that she could finish the rest next time. Afterwards she was trying to sell me product that I didn't need. Brittany did a fantastic job. I have been getting men's Brazilian waxes for years. This was my favorite experience. It's a shame that not all EWC locations provide the same service. My husband and I are about to celebrate our 20th anniversary with a trip to Jamaica. It will be only the second trip we've taken in those 20 years, so we're looking very forward to it and I want to look and feel great while we enjoy our trip. I was still definitely a bit anxious for my first-ever waxing appt. but I was welcomed and reassured by the very helpful, friendly staff at the front desk. I felt comfortable and pampered in the stylish, un-intimidating environment. I enjoyed browsing the available products and I'm very satisfied with the after-care products my specialist recommended - she did not make me feel pressured or obligated in any way to buy anything. As for the waxing experience, it was better than I could've every hoped for. My specialist, Erika, was incredible! She made the experience as enjoyable as a waxing appt. can possibly be. She was professional, attentive and extremely reassuring. I'm a nervous talker and she put me at ease with great, surprisingly therapeutic, conversation. Made an appointment a Tuesday Afternoon for a Brazilian, got there a little early. Wax was quick and she helped get an ingrown hair out. Once I got home I checked and there were a lot of missed patches, very disappointed. I've come to this location a few times and this is the only time I've had issues. I called back and they offered a touch up service, a little inconvenient but helpful still. Went back, got the touch up and it went fine. Got a call back saying they're sorry and gave me credit back which was really nice. Customer service is really phenomenal!! read more

I don't know why I keep trusting EWC. They have the most inexperienced children working there. This girl was about to use cold unmelted hard wax on me for a Brazilian!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She looked at me and goes oh it's fine. The bottom is melted a little!!!!!!!! Right before I got there she had put fresh wax beads in there! They aren't even melted! She was going to put chunky unmelted wax on me!!!! Are you joking!!!! She goes do you want me go make it hotter??? So you can burn my skin???? Who taught this girl basics?!?! Omg. I just got waxed by Tina. Honestly she seemed to not care at all about doing a good job. And I feel like she missed tons of areas and I'm so glad it was my first time because I didn't pay full price. And I'm not coming back. I wouldn't recommend getting a Brazilian here or really any wax. i went in for a waxing not to long ago an it was a okayish experience. I wasnt greeted when i showed up for my appt, and the receptionist was either starring at the computer to long or was yamering on an on about the package things instead.
