My stylist was Rachel Rogers, and from the very beginning, the experience felt unprofessional. Within the first few minutes she casually dropped the F bomb, which immediately set the wrong tone. I showed her a clear picture of the hairstyle I wanted and explained that because I have curly hair, I did not want it cut too short. Despite that, by the middle of the appointment I could tell far more hair had been cut off than I asked for. She ignored the style I requested and gave me something completely different. The back of my hair is now so short that it doesn't even curl anymore. When I mentioned how short it was, she brushed it off and told me, "It will grow back." Throughout the appointment, she handled my hair roughly. While blow-drying, she hit me with the dryer multiple times, and when she fluffed out my curls, she did it so aggressively that my hair actually smacked against my face. Her overall attitude made it seem like she didn't want to be there at all. At one point, when a coworker asked her whether she did perms for a waiting client, she rolled her eyes and responded with an annoyed "I guess." This haircut was a birthday gift, and my wife had to pay $80 (which is way too overpriced for a men's haircut) for what ended up being a very disappointing experience. My appointment time was 1:40 pm. The automated system requested I arrive at 1:20 p.m. I had completed all paperwork, provided ID and insurance cards in advance. I arrive at 1:20 and find out there was no reason for me to be there early since I did everything online. Communication failure. I sat in the waiting room for 50 minutes and went back to the desk to inquire how much longer until I would be seen. She let me know I was next, but not sure on ETA as the MA was "mixing medications". I thanked her and continued to wait about another 10 minutes. I came into the exam room and noticed a container of Vaseline with no lid on it, a small bottle of clear liquid and another bottle which also had no lid. There was a pair of scissors also on the counter. It looked like it had been used when seeing another patient and not cleaned up. Definitely a concern. The doctor came in and was in the room with me for probably 3 to 5 minutes. He froze a spot on my leg that I was there to see him for and left the room. The MA then said she would walk me out. I was caught off guard as I wasn't sure how to take care of this issue, what do I put on it, do I keep a bandaid, etc. I asked the question and was told, while walking to checkout, to put Vaseline on the spot. Overall, this did not meet my healthcare expectations. I paid my Co Pay and left. I do not recommend this center.

I've been an oncology nurse for 26 years, I now what I'm looking at, so shame on you for lack of patient care. Dr. Watson looked at my fiancé back and said "well insurance won't pay for any of these, and each mole removal is like 300.00 and your insurance won't pay. Didn't care about the patient, cared about how much money he would or wouldn't get for a 10 min visit and a 50.00 copay. Please do not use Advanced dermatology or Dr. Seth Watson, terrible experience and yet on to another dermatologist and more money. My guy was treated like we had no money, "sir don't let the clothes on a man's back cause you to pass judgement. We would have paid cash the day of service for service provided. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
