The third one was separate because my daughter decided to get her hair cut on our way there. Because my daughter was not under my profile created so much nonsense. Employee has never treated me that way over something so little. Even though all three of us were checked in online! Brown hair with glasses and a tall blonde hair girl at the register was rolling their eyes. The brunette lady flipped her hands in the air and made a smacking noise with her lips. You could just tell they were not having a great day & it caused for my family and I not to have a great day either. As we get through this confusion. The brunette lady with glass started to cut my sons hair, my daughter and I sat down waiting our turn. As we are sitting there, the blonde hair lady sat by the register, was on her phone and kept looking at us with raised eyebrows and just lots of attitude. At this point I started conversation with my daughter to ignore the lady. It's now my daughters turn for her haircut and the lady who did cut her hair was very polite, very nice, and proficient. My turn just so happens to be with the Burnett lady who had the attitude at the register. I really needed my haircut so I proceed to do so I was asking questions about hair treatment and what could I do to help my hair and ask for her professional advice and all she could say was to keep up with my haircuts ; for the whole reason why I was there. I could tell she didn't want to engage conversation with me so I sat humming to their music that was playing/ she was talking to the blonde lady and was calling her sissy asking her. What does she want to eat? When she was finished, I proceeded to tell her I did not like my haircut. My bangs looked like a bowel cut. I feel as if she was not listening to what I wanted or as if she was doing it on purpose because she was frustrated. She told me it looked like that because of my callous upfront, but I've never had an issue with my bangs before I wanted to cry so badly, but I just got up paid and left. Sadly to say my family and I will never be returning here.
